  1. Thanks everyone for all your imput. I am excited to finally get my Countach!!! The search is part of the fun! I currently have a V8 348TS which handles amazingly but lack the GRUNT I need. I sure have seen alot of Ferrai haters on this forum? I know alot of them have a stick shoved far up their ass but not all of us. I merely appreciate the finer things in life so please don't blanket all of us in the "Ferrari Owners are idiots" please. Thanks Again all "can't we all just get along" hahaha
  2. My bad. I think it was on Ferraribuy.com. Just checked cars.com and it said $66,800 I think. I will let you know where I saw it for $50,000
  3. That is the one Autohaus. Why are they advertising it for $50k then. What a bunch of Ass#$%'s. Thanks for your imput though Mike
  4. Huh, that sucks. I can afford to maintain but don't need an absolute money pit. What type of deep pockets are we talking?? Mike
  5. Hello everyone. I got this site info from my home forum Ferrari chat. I own a Ferrari and looking to add to my Italian stable. Looking for a Countach, a childhood dream of mine. I found a 89 White Countach anniversary addition. In purchasing my Ferrari and learned alot of things to look for: Garage queens (a big no no), ownership history, service records, updates, new clutch ect ect. This particular car looks to be in great shape, through pics I have seen. Howver the area of concern is 45,000 miles? They only want $50,000 though? I am waiting for the history, service, updates, ownership history ect. from the dealer now. I have never seen one with this many miles and concerned as to re-sale? I assume that trying to resell the car will be a nightmare? I would like to upgrade eventually to a Diablo. Also, how intense is the maintanence? I plan on actually driving the car rather than looking at it in my garage? Assuming I put 5,000 to 10,000 miles a year on it, How much would maintanence be approx? How long will they run before the engine re-build in necessary? Can anyone shed light on what I need to look for and look out for? Just searching for every bit of info I ca get as I need to make a educated purchase. I look forward to someday joining the Lambo community but just don't want to lose my shorts doing it. If anyone can shed any light in anyway I would be greatly indebted. Thanks so much Mike
