WHILE i tried to charge my dead battery, the electrical system and alarm started beeping. my headlights flashed and i think they may have gone out. it appears this battery is probably not salvageable. im not really very mechanically inclined but can these batteries be changed by a AAA BATTERY GUY OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE TOWED TO A GARAGE? ANY INPUT IS HELPFUL

thanks.. you and jeff gave the best advice as the only prob after sucking the oil out was a need to change the left air filter.

thanks for the input. can i drive it after sucking oil out with hand pump? that way i can drive it to someone to change air filter. THANK YOU.

i just had an oil change at a non-auth dealer since closest one is 150 miles away. afterwards, i called non-auth dealer and he said to add oil if i was concerned. the gauge was showing low oil so i added 3 quarts. however, i didnt check oil properly like the manual says. i drove car about 2 miles puffing thick blue smoke. i then checked oil properly and am over 6 inches on dipstick. can i just suck out extra oil? did i damage engine? it still starts. any help would be appreciated. btw, i know im an idiot for this one.

thank you when is the OC lambo dealership opening up? there is a recall on my 04 gallardo--i heard it was something minor. are you able to do that with the servicing we discussed on a prior occasion?

how do you reset key if car(gallardo 04) no longer recognizes, like after battery is dead?

my car drove fine last time i took it out. it is a 2004 e gear gallardo with 6700 miles i havent driven it in about 1.5 months. the car wont start. no engine turnover. the word brake is flashing. i took the compartment out to examine and found 2 loose clear rubber tubes not connected to anything. i have no idea where they go. the fluid level does not appear to be low. also, my car does not recognize my key (?because of my fiddling) anyone know how to reset? help!
