  1. What sucks is having something like that running around out on the streets and worried about getting smoked by something. You can say after a loss, "well I have an SV" but it still hurts to get your nuts kicked in by a normal car with a turbo. Me, fk that, I want to be ready and not get embarrassed. To me, the SV should have been setup with at least 1,000 whp from the factory. ;)

These cars at 1,200 who drive just like stock just a lot faster, even the clutch setup is perfect.

    Couldn't agree more.

If I'm rolling in an SV(or any Lambo) I'm not particularly interested in losing to a blown Mustang or big turbo 4 banger.

  2. We all have opinions on that.

I got hate for TT'ing an anniversario. 1 of 24 .... but at the end of the day.

It's my money and I'm happy

I'd TT a SV and not think twice

    +1

IMO a 1600whp SV roadster would be the ultimate car.

Mine would be going right from the factory to UR

  3. Thanks

No, that is my buddies SV from here in Charlotte. He already has a TT 570 (6 speed) and a black TT Murci. He might do that SV once his SL Huracan arrives.

The other Blue spyder (custom ordered) Monterey blue is KC's, my brother and the other green Huracan is Rich's

Awesome! I bet stage 3 with the dct is the best.

You guys build and 1 or 2R's yet with a DCT besides the red car?

  4. supercharger pulley change for more boost, E85 Tune, exhaust... probably more than 800HP, he ran 10.4 earlier in the day.....

I'm not super familiar with the Hellcat's, is that 800 to wheels? If it is making that much power I'm surprised he is only trapping 130mph... I know they're heavy but damn.

    Huracan is definitely a beast.

  5. ~250mph in a car with well over 2k hp on off the shelf street tires is only moderately dangerous. :lol2:

The ease with which these cars go obscenely fast has completely fucked the perspective of how dangerous it is.

I would think the tires are probably changed ever event. That is so obscenely fast in 1/2 mile, I'm sure the cars are check meticulously before each run to ensure everything is 100%. I totally agree though these cars make it seem so effortless but 250 mph is still 250mph, it is extremely dangerous.

If you truly put it into perspective of how short of a distance that is even 200mph is absolutely flying.

  6. Makes me think twice as I am about to bring my jet ski out for the season.

Definitely very easy to get carried away and this story makes you realize how dangerous the water can be.

It makes me happy to know that it sounds like he is recovering.
