  1. Speaking from experience, just over 2000whp is totally unsafe on the street. I sold my white car for 2 reasons:

    1. 2000whp on the street, with as much as I like to run on the street, is a death wish.

    2. There is no place at TI for a 6 speed TTG with a good shot at KOTS

To not be comfortable racing your car at TI, then call someone out on the street when there is a perfectly good and safe way to race, is the epitome of idiocy.

Do you find your 1R more enjoyable as a street car in general? Do you ever miss the power of the 2R, 2R + when out playing on the highways?

  2. I'm sure Underground could easily do 7's in the 1/4 mile if they wanted to... I mean they did 8.3@181mph in a car that wasn't setup for drag racing, and that was 4 years ago. From what I remember that car just had a set of DR's... It is still quicker and faster than 95% of GT-R's. Funny it is less "setup" than most GT-Rs that run that E.T, and to this day most GT-R's can't even trap that high.

Another thing is, nobody wants to turn their Lambo into a POS with huge goofy slicks, ugly drag wheels, tiny brakes, a window net, parachute, and all that other "race car" only stuff.

There is a difference between friendly shit talking and just being a douche bag.

  3. never ran it. It has run 3.7 60 to 130 in 100 degree weather, tires spinning.

    Yeah, P1 wouldn't hold a candle. You're talking 150mph trap speed vs 170+ for a 1500WHP GT-R.

20mph difference is going to be a freight train distance, especially when you're talking cars trapping 150+.

  4. Just for fun, I'd encourage everyone to ask their dealers about what percentage of buyers finance their cars. It's scary. They all do, even the doctors, professionals, athletes, etc. Everyone finances which is just a glimpse into how fragile the economy really is. I think my local Lamborghini dealer has only sold one car for cash to an end user EVER.

Really? I figured it would be the exact opposite actually.

  5. Yes, you will need to keep the craft out of the water when not in use. I also highly recommend flushing it after each ride as well as a quick wash. Only takes a few mins. Salt water is a PITA

You really shouldn't leave it sitting in salt water, ever.

Trailers are nice, but do take up space for sure. Check with a local marina and see if they have trailer storage.

  6. Kawasaki guy here. Had them for years, never a single issue. I ride them pretty hard too.

Currently own a 310r and it is hands down my favorite ski I've ridden. That is the sport/aggressive model. They have an LX model that has a sound system, and other amenities. Although if you have never owned a ski, I might recommend not jumping right into a high performance craft. It's easy to get carried away, and with a power to weight ratio of a 1000hp car, it is no joke.

If you plan on doing any off-shore riding, nothing compares IMO.

It is an extremely powerful craft. The most powerful on the market, paired with an Incredible hull, it makes for one hell of a ride.

Not big on Sea-Doo. They are nice skis but in my personal experience are not as reliable as the Kawi's.
