  1. curious whether there is anything that can be done to the huracan that can't also be done to the r8 to make it equally capable.
  2. thanks for that piece of info. it just gets tiring when a few posts in every thread makes reference to "shop car" and/or "street tires." as a bench racer i say (as if i have a voice in all this, ha!) race what you bring and may the fastest car win. if it's within the rules/guidelines, you can strap a saturn V rocket to the back of your car if that's what you choose. all that being said, congrats on pushing the envelope yet again!
  3. simply saying the R888s provided enough traction to get the T1 to 235, which is faster than any GTR has ever gone in the 1/2, thus nullifying the belief that GTRs can only compete when on drag radials...that's all. whether the car had the ability to stop and/or track straight is an entirely different story.
  4. congrats! those are ridiculous speeds for a 1/2 mile race! it's one thing to read about what went down at the airstrips, but i can't even begin to imagine what it would feel like to be in one/any of these cars that pull 200+ in the 1/2 mile. didn't T1 break the GTR 1/2 mile record running 235mph on R888s? i think it's time to put this argument to sleep. run what you bring, no tears!
  5. with all due respect, UR, if i had a buck for each time i've come across the terms "street tires" and "shop car" on this forum, i'd get guacamole wither every single one of my chipotle orders. you guys build the fastest cars, and on the coolest platform. you don't need to get mired in the he said/she said fanboy-ism. let your cars speak for themselves.
  6. according to my calculator, if you doubled down each time an odd number came out, your last bet on "even" should have been in the neighborhood of $7.9M (given that this is a $15 min table).
  7. so there were excuses when the lambo camp lost? just making sure i'm reading this right.
  8. can you help me decipher this graph? b/c i'm not quite sure what i'm seeing here/what all those lines mean.
