    I think you need to consider some of the positives of Audi coming in aswell.

     

    50% of the miles I covered this year have been in the Lambo. Something I could never do in the previous Lambos. I have more confidence the company will still be there 5 years down the line, should I need parts (if I keep it that long), and those parts will get cheaper as numbers increase.

     

    I have a well designed, well put together interior.

     

    And should I have an accident, I have a much better chance walking away in one piece.

     

    And Accessibility to Service Centres and their answerability is only getting better with a large parent company such as Audi/VW.

     

     

    That's precisely why I came to Lambo.After years of driving Porsche,the affiliation with Audi,seemed to be the perfect marriage.Gorgeous Italian styling,a sound that is hard to beat with German engineering and reliability.

    Hey Allan,

     

    I know we do not agree on various topics, but I am intrigued on how the Gallardo is 100% Lambo.

     

    Could you tell me more why you think that?   I'd like to be convinced of that too but so far I am not.

     

    Heck, I like the idea of the Gallardo SE (yes, I have seen them, even sat in the one at Monterey even though it seemed to be an afterthought with it being parked up a berm and dirty...of course the concept G was there on display taking center stage).

    Your logic is flawed.The Murc,Countach,Diable,Gallardo are world cars.Break them down to their componants and you will be terribly disapointed to see that Lamborghini doesn't make many of the parts on the cars themselves.They outsource to what usually ends up being the lowest bidder.Just like every other manufacturer on earth.

    On the risk of being banned can I comment on your spelling, it looks like the above was written by someone VERY drunk !!

     

    I would say the same thing had I not new that I'm sitting in my office at 4pm and trying to deal with pests on L-P.
