just got a speeding ticket the other day from a camera. there are so many in the washington dc area, this would come in handy if it actually works. I'll have to checkout some reviews when their product is released.

Hmmmm . . . Strategery! But buying a Razr HD with the discount will likely be around $250. I could sell it for the same, I presume, and an unsubsidized iPhone 5 is what, $500, $600?
You can sell the phones for a lot more. If its brand new in the box you will get the most money. The newer the phone the more people will want it and be willing to pay for it. Here is an example... http://www.ebay.com/ctg/Motorola-Droid-Raz...op=16&_sc=1
So if you buy the razr for $200, then sell it for $500 on ebay, and then buy the iphone for $649, your total cost is $349.

Alright, so for all of you smartphone experts out there, I have a query . . . .
I'm officially up for a new phone and new contract with Verizon in February '13, but my current phone is driving me F'ing nuts. It's a Samsung Droid Charge, and it was great when new, but got slower and slower and sloooooower as time went on, and now it's just almost IMPOSSIBLY frustrating. Opening and closing apps, sending texts, going back to the homescreen . . . just that takes MANY seconds. It's even been replaced under warranty and the replacement has the same problem. It's an older, single-core phone running Gingerbread. Just can't keep up with me, I guess.
So I called Verizon and argued and complained and got a supervisor and then got a manager and then got the manager's boss, and she was super-cool and agreed to let me upgrade my phone now (early), without having to pay full price -- just sign a new contract and pay the discounted price. The only phone I CAN'T choose if I do it early, though, is the iPhone 5, due to their contractual terms with Apple.
I was going to choose between the Galaxy S3, the iPhone 5 and the Motorola Droid Razr HD when it arrives shortly. I can get the S3 now and the Razr HD as soon as it comes out (in October), but would have to wait until February to get the new iPhone.
And thoughts or advice as to which way to go?

PS: I am completely brand-agnostic. I don't have a dog in this fight. Just want the best, most enjoyable phone experience!
If you really want the iphone, you could upgrade to the Razr HD through Verizon, and then before taking it out of the box, sell it as brand new on eBay, and then use the proceeds to buy an iPhone 5 at the unsubsidized price.

I've used Odesk and Elance. I prefer Elance over oDesk. I find Elance to me more user friendly with the same quality of programmers. Don't forget to do your due diligence when hiring someone.

My buddy borrowed my truck recently and it turns out he must have got caught by a camera because I received a ticket with a photograph of my license plate in the mail. I'm not too concerned about the paying it since my buddy has no problem writing me a check for it, but is there any way to get out of something like this considering I wasn't even driving?

this is interesting, so if you are pulled after one drink and you are clearly under the limit, is it best not to respond if you are asked if you've had a drink to avoid the hassle of a sobriety test?

I'm so so sorry for wasting all your money I'll be sure to change my driving habbits right away, your statement brought tears to my eyes. I mean what have I been thinking breaking the law and then fighting it. Just like you don't know me yet you judge and I don't know you, I'm guessing you obey all traffic laws and never ever have been issued a ticket. More people need to be like you, a man who drives 10 and 2, never a mph over the speed limits, uses your blinker every time and and has never rolled a stop sign. I applaud your perfect driving record and driving achievements. Bravo

So first off. Im now 100% convinced the car looks like shit. Sorry.. The Matte black is hideous. In the sun you can see lines going across the car like it was sprayed with a gun. Absolutely terrible inmo. In a normal gloss color Im sure it will look better, but its still very underwhelming. I can see potential in one in the future when the aftermarket mods start coming in, but there is not even 10% of me that desires this car at this point. Im sure it will perform well , drive well etc, but it does nothing to stir the soul for me. A Murcielago SV anyday of the week for me.
They were parked on Rodeo DR for awhile.. the Lindsay ran in.. Atfirst I didnt pay any attention hence the late shots. She looked alright though.. Id hit it..

Here is a quick pic of mine. Two PCs on the left for video games, PC programming and reverse engineering software. Right side is set up for iOS development and plugs into my Macbook Pro so I can take my work with my easily but also have a full office setup at home.
love the cdjs setup right there, must be distracting from getting work done

I also used JamesAllen, great experience! They have great customer support and I definitely got a lot more for my money using them instead of a local jeweler. When researching the alternatives I also found that most people liked the quality of JamesAllen over BlueNile. I continued to use them for my wedding bands.
