When researching the alternatives I also found that most people liked the quality of JamesAllen over BlueNile. I continued to use them for my wedding bands.

You can sell the phones for a lot more. If its brand new in the box you will get the most money. The newer the phone the more people will want it and be willing to pay for it. If you really want the iphone, you could upgrade to the Razr HD through Verizon, and then before taking it out of the box, sell it as brand new on eBay, and then use the proceeds to buy an iPhone 5 at the unsubsidized price.

I've used Odesk and Elance. I prefer Elance over oDesk. I find Elance to me more user friendly with the same quality of programmers. Don't forget to do your due diligence when hiring someone.

My buddy borrowed my truck recently and it turns out he must have got caught by a camera because I received a ticket with a photograph of my license plate in the mail. I'm not too concerned about the paying it since my buddy has no problem writing me a check for it, but is there any way to get out of something like this considering I wasn't even driving?
