i beleive 3rd "has" acted funny, but i dont remember if it is as much as an issue as 5th and reverse being the worst.

ok fellas, i need some help...It was nice weather this weekend, so i decided to drive my Gallardo all weekend. It is an 04, 6speed, w/ 8500 miles. Just recently iv noticed it is almost impossible to get in reverse while the car is running. If the engine is off 95% of the time it slides right into every gear including reverse nice and easy. It is getting extremely annoying, and kinda embarrasing!!! I also notice when im running the car hard and taking it up close to redline and shifting sometimes it makes a weird sound and doesnt like to go into 5th gear, i feel like i really have to "smash" it into gear, im kinda concerned and didnt know if there is a simple adjustment that needs to be done, or is this a major issue. ya, the only reason i said anything about electronical whatever is b/c it came right out of the manual, it is really not horrible driving down the street, but is brutal when your trying to manuver thru a parking lot or park etc. Can someone give me an idea on how much $$$ it is for parts i would need to fix it? and what is involved? thanks

hello everyone, last night i took my 04 gallardo w/ 7000 mile on it for a 270 mile road trip to the beach in maine. I got just about here and the steering began to feel hard. I checked the obvious tire pressure etc. and read in the owners manual. It appears to be the electronic control system etc etc thing....Is this an easy fix?? I was hoping it would be just a fuse or something but knowing my luck its not and is gonna have to go to a dealer. thanks alot anyone who can help.
