Hi Albert. Thank You for posting that photo. I have several photos over the years even in Hi Resolution of the rear panel/emblem locations of a 5000S.... what I am in need of is for someone that is either having body work done on the rear panel and has their emblems removed OR someone that is willing to take their emblems off by unscrewing the bolts from within their rear trunk and measuring the distance of the holes from the edge, etc... OR someone willing to make a template out of cardboard to the dimensions of the rear panel with the emblems removed and the holes marked on the cardboard by marking them from within the rear trunk. Any takers? I imagine that those that have replaced their rear panel have had to re-drill the holes on their NEW rear panel from Lamborghini for their emblems. In speaking to another member on here, he had a buddy make him a template of the rear panel off his countach with holes marked so he could transfer to his. Thanks Dave M

Hello everyone I was hoping someone could help me out that's in the body prep stage OR that knows the post locations for each Emblem on the rear trunk panel (in between tailighlights) ? I have an 84 Countach 5000s and for some reason when the rear emblems were removed, they had no posts on them and were glued to the panel with no holes on the panel. I imagine the rear panel was replaced at some point and replacements do not come with post holes? I would like to replace all of the emblems with the proper original Lamborghini, 5000 & S emblems which all have metal threaded posts with nuts to secure from inside of rear trunk. Can someone verify the locations of the emblem holes? I wanted to mount NEW OEM emblems in the exact locations and make the necessary holes for the posts in the panel.
