  1. The little dot is a European side marker light. Seen them on lots of Ferraris. That's the first Lambo one I've seen. That company is in Japan - not sure what their lighting regulations are. I really love the SE30 wheels. Anyone know where there's a set for sale?
  2. So what happened to the SV roof scoops? Did the car just use the regular VT/Roadster intakes?
  3. A few of mine are at: http://www.quateams.com/ferrari/CG1204/ Scroll down to videos. This is the Larini system with bypass pipes on the rear 2 cat locations.
  4. I seriously doubt you'll fit, even with modifications. I am 6'3" (about even legs vs torso) and 210 lbs and had the opportunity to drive a carbed QV a few years ago. When seated in the car, I literally had to have my head bent completely over to one side touching my shoulder just to be in the car. Needless to say it was extremely uncomfortable, and while I did manage to get the car around the block, I didn't go further because I couldn't see any of the mirrors properly while contorted like that. I was completely crushed as the Countach was a boyhood fantasy that I realized wouldn't work. Then I bought a Diablo and felt much better...
  5. Sounds to me like you might have lost a ground connection. I would take the center console loose again and look for a wire with a ring terminal on it floating around near one of the mounting screws that you loosened to get the center console up. My guess is that you'll find one and that if you make sure it is snugly seated under the console screw that it will work correctly again once it's tightened.
  6. I don't have it, but my favorite for a Diablo would be "My other car is also a POS"
  7. They may not be Bosch parts. I just looked on the Bosch parts finder web site and they don't show themselves producing anything but spark plugs for a 94 VT. This is a handy URL to keep around: http://www.boschusa.com/autoparts/partfind.../partfinder.asp
  8. This forum is supposed to be for TECHNICAL info for each model. If you guys would keep the pictures in the Photos section it would be a lot easier on those seeking technical info, searching archives, etc. Thanks!!
  9. It's a re-bodied F355B. Didn't anyone see the Prancing Horse sticker on the trailer...?
  10. There were two other standard blues - Blue Sciuro which is a dark / midnight blue, and the one in Maurius' picture which I believe is Blue Chiarro - a lighter more metallic color than Sciuro. Somewhere I have a picture from my 97 factory tour that had a bunch of front bumpers together on a rack which showed the various colors.
  11. Any chance that the ECU or whatever controls the light is bad? Perhaps there is no condition and something screwy in the ECU is lighting the light anyway. Have you tried swapping that/those Dave?
  12. Are you sure Mike? Lambocars.com lists them as dry sump: http://www.lambocars.com/diablo/diablovt99s.htm
  13. You're right - forgot this car was a dry sump like the Ferraris. Guess I was thinking about my POS - wet sump car. The TR & F355 are both around 15 quarts total capacity - I would guess the Diablo is similar. So $110 + labor for oil change...?
  14. MPG: Officially, about 14. Realistically, I get maybe 9 at most, closer to 5 in hard driving. Oil & filter - Haven't done it yet, but 5 quarts * $6 / quart for synthetic + $20 filter = $50 plus labor. Haven't needed tune up yet.
