me too... personally, if someone I didnt know came into my shop and wanted to take out one of our cars that was for sale, if one was for sale (from our Gallardo down to our F350) I would not only go along for the ride but make a copy of their insurance and drivers licence (as well as a backup copy of ID probably). As far as the "affluent look" that was directly from the managers mouth. I learned long ago not to judge a book by its cover. My father worked very hard and has become an expert in his field of law and dresses WAY down on the weekends, think jeans and t-shirts. Even going to buy my mother her new BMW the dealership didnt want to give him the time of day.

IIRC the dealership manager let the gentleman test drive the car without any identification either based on how affluent he looked and the fact that he pulled up in a car with a driver. (i havent read the thread on F chat in a while)

if I needed to powder coat/ceramic coat the tips it would be an additional $150 and would look like these porsche tips I did for a customer: (on the left obviously, the rights are a very nice gumetal)

The bumper should not need to be removed, however if you feel so inclined I it is very easy to take off. The tips with the final bend in the exhaust should come off pretty easily though to modify with minimal work.

also, as far as the Group Buy, how does $995 sound for the tips?

On your Tubi, the flared section at the end would need to be removed. As far as the fitment that was brough up on lambo-talk, it was either a packaging or shipping issue. The tab on the top left of the driver side was tapped 1/16 of an inch back. Once I tapped the tab back into place it fit perfectly! I attached pictures of the tip (with the tab that was bent circled), the customers returned tip on our car and the CF shroud installed on our car. tip that has the tab that needed adjustment: Tip installed:

Give me a few minutes to type it up I just picked up our gallardo to bring to the shop, once it cools down I will pull the tips off and install the "non fitting" tips to see if there really was an issue. On some exhausts minor modifications need to be done (nothing that will hinder performance) for example, on the stock exhaust the section at the end of the pipe that is held on with an accuseal clamp needs to be removed for the tips to fit.

looks great! I wish more people would put these on their G's, it really sets the back of the car off.

I have been trying to contact a mod for weeks now.. Multiple PMs sent and nothing back. I need to get our vendor status changed from one forum member to another and can not seem to get an answer. Any ideas?
