I would have at least tried to post a picture other than the main picture of the Silcon Valley Auto Group Car, Los Gatos, CA listed on ebay to be more believable. The Car is Grigio Antares Not Grigio Avalon and still up for sale.

You really should be at a standstill when you push the R button. If it is rolling forward the car makes weird noises as if its grinding something. You don't have to bring it in to neutral, it will shift directly from 1rst as long as you have your foot on the brake.
