Yup.. We were dead even at the start & middle, but then the Murci started pulling on the G spyder just before we had to lift off.. Its hard to say what really happened on that one, but if I had to guess - the Murci would have started pulling the G from 110++ You are correct - the top was down on the spyder... Could not have been helping the G in any way.. My Murci had an OC exhaust on it.. Only mod done.

G55 values ar actually holding pretty good right now.... Not a large inventory of them for sale out there..

I have had the Costco set up in my office for years and it works great... I can access it by IP and often keep an eye on my employees from a laptop, lying by the pool on vacation... It also has audio built into the cameras so I can listen to exact phone calls they are making & anything else they are talking about which is a must in my business... I have the set up that comes with the monitor & built in hard-drive.. It was like $900 or so? Works great.... It is a 10 channel monitor and allows you to zoom and focus on 1 all 10 cameras at once..

Yeah, I tried that... Not reality in pricing over there! As soon as I pick one up, I will have it Renntech'd asap.. Will most likley do the 600hp package on the CLK63... Cant wait! Looks like it will also be a blast to drive along with the G55..

Hold Sh*t the car is a BEAST!!! I only was able to drive it for a few miles lat night, but wow!!! I am almost more excited about this car than I have been with any other in the past for some reason... The car is in perfect condition and runs like a beast... I am actually going to try and get some things on video while driving and I want to race a few of my other cars just to get a real idea of what it can do... I will race my Supercharged Rover (Won’t be close, but a good comparison of SUV vs SUV) and against my Bentley GT... Both cars are heavy like the G55...

Thanks guys.... Car is being delivered tonight in 30 minutes... Excited about my new daily driver... Started working on another addition: CLK63 Black Series for the wifey... Thought I had one locked down today, but it was sold from under me? The search continues for a low mileage, private owner clk63... Anyone have any leads besides ebay, cars.com or autotrader?

Yup - ECU, Headers, Air-box & Throttle Body is a Stage 4... I am actually thinking about doing what Renntech calls a Stage 5 which is everything I already have plus the new Intercoolers... They also have a Stage 6 which is everything there plus Intercoolers & Camshafts - To much for me for a SUV.. I will either leave it at the Stage 4 or maybe add the Intercoolers..

Either people LOVE them or absolutley HATE them.. Seems to be no in-between.. I have always loved them, I have owned 1 G55 and 1 G500 in the past... Its unique to say the least though.. Fast!

I paid far less than $100k.... I got a GREAT deal on the car considering there is almost $16,500 in upgrades including the Renntech Stage 4 Package and some of the chrome pieces such as the light covers, front brush gaurd and spare wheel cover were powder coated black.. Here are a few pics.. Payment went through today and now I am just trying to line up shipping..

Guys I need a reputable, on time, NOT eye popping expensive Car Shipping Company... Just purchased a Renntech G55 in Chicago and I need to get it to Az... Its not a $400,000 Lambo so it does not have to be the most expensive company around, just a reliable company that does good work, realiable, insured and is on time... Any suggestions?

Pulled the trigger on a G55 24 hours after begining my search... Found EXACTLY what I was looking for... Purchased a 2008 Mercedes G55 - Renntech Stage 4... Just under 600hp... 2years full warranty left - CANT WAIT!!! Car should be a blast.. Black / Black, 12k miles... Now I have to arrange shipment from Chicago to Az... Anyone know of a good shipping company these days? Also, what would be a standard cost you think to ship the G55 from Chicago to Az in enclosed trailer? Will post pics as soon as I get them.. I purchased the car sight un-seen as the dealer just took it in on trade yesterday.... Anyone else heer have a G55? Whats your impressionss o fthe newer models 08+? Anyone have one that had been modified at all? Impressions?
