  1. Both are great suggestions. Thank you. Unfortunately, neither lambo dallas nor ATT can help. The urus takes a special sim card which ATT does not make. The ATT forums have a few folks going through the same issue. There may be a European card that would work. Or a custom cut sim that could fit. Ill report back here once we get it figured out so others can know what to do.

  2. most home projectors can't generate that much brightness for a 200" screen. you need like 16 foot lamberts of brightness if your room is completely dark. if you have any ambient light then you may need more like 40 ftl.

(Projector Lumens ÷ Screen Area) x Screen Gain = ftL

edit - here's a calculator page that can help calculate recommended screen size, viewing distance/angle, and the projector lumens and foot lambert stuff.

Here is another calculator where you can input various projectors. Keep in mind you need double the ftl for HDR and even more for 3D.

  3. On the movie theater front.. Im about to remodel my home in Scottsdale and I want to change my theater setup from a 120 inch screen to a 200 inch screen. Any siggestions? Going to need a new 4k projector as well.

For a 200" screen, unless you're going with a very high gain, the only non-commercial projector that is bright enough is the Sony 5000 at $50K. And for HDR you may need 2 of them. You'll need a separate room to mount and cool them too.

  4. The car is my favorite of all time. It's basically a Huracan with more room, visibility, and creature comforts. The turbo package works seamlessly. No lag, no issues. It's my daily driver and you can't even tell its turbo'd unless you step on the gas. I just drove it in rush hour traffic as I would a normal car, but then hit the open road and blasted off.its only a Aa a stage 2 its great for a DD. In fact the smaller turbos and stock internals likely make it better all around for city driving.

I'll be V Boxing it this weekend but Kevin says the 60-130 should be around 5.1. I'm resisting going to stage 3 while I wait for UR to finish my Huracan.

  5. Just looking on Instagram and it looks like a pretty good turn out for today's event. UGR even brought out a new Huracan in addition to JB's. Anybody got any details? Looks like the green H ran 228 and Gidi has run 227, so far...

I just left. Red Huracan was running essentially stage 3 boost. It ran 202. I rode in it on the taxiway and in the parking lot. It shifted, rode and felt identical to the stock 2016 Huracan I drove to the event.

The biggest difference I noticed between the UR cars and almost everyone else (other than UR's cars all consistently ran 227-229) was that the UR cars started right up, sounded stock, idled like a stock car, drove around the parking lot like a stock car, and never had any drama. Everything else sounded like a rough, big cam race car that would barely idle.

Kevin and KC are not only pros at what they do they are 2 of the nicest guys in the business.

  6. Damn... wish I didn't have prior plans this Sat

We are flexible. There is an mp4 owner that wants to join us. Let us know when is good for you. I'm usually free both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

  7. I know there are at least 7 TTGs in the DFW area. How about we meet for breakfast next weekend ? We could then go for a quick drive around some great roads. Of course anyone is welcome, you don't need a TTG, and feel free to bring wives, significant others etc.

Does anyone know when Lambo and Ferrari of Dallas are having their next events?

  8. Man, with ALL those options ..... What's the difference between your Stage 3 and the R Version?????

I'm guessing, if you're making 1150+ whp on pump gas, then you're well north of 1250 whp on race gas.

So, it that the reason for the carbon clutch and billet gears ... Or ....

You just going for the added insurance/reliabilty, compared to the stock components ....

I wanted the fastest pump gas car but also the most reliable car possible. Most if the time I'm running it on the lowest boost setting which is somewhere around 750hp. So i know its bulletproof. On my highest pump gas setting I have 1157 hp. I really can't say enough about UGR, Kevin and KC. The car was everything promised and more. I can drive it as a daily driver. It's amazing.
