Getting ready to do my 30k service. AMH told me they don't mail fluids. They told me to just get fluids at local part store. So just get an equivalent instead of oem? I need the following:
Brake/Clutch Fluid
Front Diff Fluid
Gearbox/Rear Diff Fluid
Power Steering fluid
If I want OEM where else should I go? I'm not opposed to using a good fluid I can get local. I love amsoil products and that's what I plan to use for the engine oil. Thanks!

Sounds awesome! I know it's only at 4psi, but 60-130 is only in the 6's judging from the vid. Seems like it'd be a bit better than that?? I bet your Mclaren is a solid race!

Looked in my owners manual and it said back left part of the engine bay. But I didn't see it. Do you have to unscrew one of the plastic side pieces in the engine bay to see it?

Deleted rear bumper, changed out exhaust tips.
looking at doing RWD.
I also changed out the headers (stock manifolds were bad) to the coated quicksilver.
Had the valve cover gaskets and the sleeve gaskets for the plugs redone. While they were in there they checked the adjustment and everything was fine so they didn't touch it.
Not really looking at much else. I really love the car the way it is.
As well, raced a Murci this weekend with stage 2 exhaust just like mine.. My car is faster..
I see you have QS headers, what mufflers do you have?
For the bumper delete, did you buy a kit with pieces to cover the holes or just make something yourself?

Just blows my mind how long it went that no one even wanted these. And now they are doing this. Incredible! It's also funny how now I lust for one (now that they're so expensive), whereas 2 years ago I didn't really care that much about them...

Your optimism for the driveline is infectious, however I don't know of any diablo that's made that kind of power. With that said, I know of no platforms in the world that have held that kind of power with stock driveline. Maybe on borrowed time at best a choice few platforms can handle it. After building multiple 4 digit hp cars, I'd go ahead and plan on building difs and axles to lessen the down time. Huge difference between 750whp, 950whp, and 1200+... Can't wait to see the outcome!

S.O.S, im afraid, waiting on vendors to get a fire lit up their arse.
3 months to build the headers!
I had the ECU designed, built from scratch, new wire harnesses made before the fabricator built 2 headers, which still are not finished.
So that's where i stand today, the ECU system if finished, removed the stock Marelli BAE 720 Coils and went with the 4 pin AUDI style that allow a lot hotter spark and much more options, not to mention cost is 18.00 per coil to $600.00 PER COIL for the Marelli, which only one vendor has any now that the factory discontinued the Marelli ones.
Went with 850 cc injectors for UL fuel, not going to use E85 fuels. Will upload some pictures of the engine harnes and ECU setup.
Lol, send it to my local guy. He'd put his heart into it and be done in a week or two tops for the headers!

Going to highly disagree... Some people prefer to own appreciating assets, some depreciating. Parts for the Countach are still available.. tires are not hard to come by.. What you will lose on an Aventador and Huracan over 5 years time will just about buy a Countach.
Exactly my thoughts. That's why I'm gonna spend around $100k to get a nice Diablo and wait a couple more years to let the Aventadors depreciate another $100k. Inevitably a free Diablo by waiting! I'm itching to buy an Aventador but a free Diablo helps the wait!

Had some pretty nice weather here last weekend so I got a hold of a V-Box and did a couple runs. I wasn't out to break any records but rather just for fun. I ran 12.7 @ 117.7 mph in a quarter mile. This was with no tire spin launch, just rolled out and punched it. I ran 60 - 130 in 11.0 seconds. That was with one shift starting in third. I read that people get 9.xx 60 - 130 with these cars so maybe they're starting in second?
I'm certainly no racecar driver either so I'm sure Fikse or VBug King could likely do much better. Just thought I'd share my numbers for anyone who may be interested. I only made one try at each.
For sure need to start in 2nd gear...
