  1. Is it on the seat itself somewhere? I sure only see one hole on the bracket. Thx.

Holes are on the seat. Once you have the seat out, remove the front bolts

and slide the brackets down and it will reveal a lower set holes. When

you use the lower set it raises the front of the seat about 1/2 - 3/4” from what i remember.

I also pulled out (un-Velcro’d) the lowest section only of the back cushion and rolled up a

medium sized towel and stuffed it behind the cushion. It pushed the cushion out which added a little lower back support. Doing both of these things did make the seats a bit more comfortable to sit in.

  2. I was thinking of drilling a hole in my mounts, but I have the G Perf and there is not much meat. I may get some custom spacers machined that have angled tops for better support...once I figure out the angle I like. Washers will be good for test fit.

I sat in a friends Super G who did the extra hole and it was vastly more comfortable.

There is a single adjustment on the 570 seats to raise the front @ 1/2”

    Makes a difference.

I’m going to do this spacer mod in my new R8 which also race seats, same problem with being too upright. For that matter, every car I’ve ever owned with race seats has had this same problem.

  3. I'll more than likely trade it in when I take delivery of the Bentayga.

I hear courtesy trade to a fellow LPer!

I’ve been driving GTS’s for years now.

Tough to beat as a daily driver.

  4. X version is fine on the street too but the clutch in traffic can get annoying. Also gas gets expensive! We mainly just take the X's out to give rides to friends and immediately put them back in the garage.

The stage 3+ is the perfect build for every day street driving. The + is there for you just in case you run up against a fast car.

    LOL - as if a "standard" stage 3 won't smoke 95% of

    other street cars!

  5. THANK YOU! means a lot considering you've had some pretty amazing looking L-cars yourself sir!

i figure this was about as GREAT of a time as ever to unload a standard Huracan before too many of the Performante's arrive. i have an order for a Performante slated for Feb-March of next year, so may end up doing that. being in CA, it's also tempting to do a Huracan Spyder and recreate the same look.

  6. awesome! thanks so much! do you remember how long it took for him to complete the adjustment?

The adjustment time is not long at all, maybe two hrs max to adjust and check heights.

The rears are easily accessible it's the fronts that are a pia. I removed the front trunk liner which took a little time to figure out. Going back in was much easier.

I am going to advertise the Novitec wheel spacers & lug kit if anyone is interested. It definitely

competes the look! My car picture attached, lowered with spacers.

  7. Yes the shocks/struts have the typical threaded body like any other

coilover. I'll reach out to the tech that worked on it to ask him

    I'll reply back.

Ok spoke to the tech that worked on mine. He used an

XL pair of pliers to loosen the locking nut on the fronts.

For the rears he used this:IMG_2593.JPG

  8. If the Aventador coilovers work like every other car (and they should) loosen the lower perch to elongate the spring and it will lower the car.
