  1. UGR can respond but I believe they use several different versions depending what the car is for. I want to say that the typical stage 3 ones are probably smaller than what you would think, as its not needed to go crazy.

I have a 6870 on another car and it spools very quickly but 2 of them for 2200hp would be overkill if you are in the 1000-1250hp range on a tt lambo.

  2. Hello guys,

I have technocraft carbon seats on Huracan and im getting an Airbag light on dashboard.

Has anyone found a solution for this?

    Thanks

I've mentioned this on other forums, there is NO solution as of this minute. I've talked to a lot of people and no one has solved all of the issues needed yet...

The airbags are not the problem really, it is the multiple other problem codes that come with removing the OEM seats. There will be a solution one day, I'm just not sure when that will be.

  3. Great info.

So are we saying that a bolt on stage 1 TT makes 5-6psi and then would be same as 720s? I am assuming that a bolt on has different tubro sizes compared to Stage 3 as well which is one of the reason i really wanted to see a comparison with a true bolt on that doesnt have head work, bigger turbos etc.

Stage 1 makes MORE power than my lowest boost setting and the stock motor has highe compression motor. All you need to look at is the 60-130mph times which is readily available to measure.

All you need to know is what a 720s makes which is a low 5 second pull. A Huracan TT on high pump gas goes in the high 3’s.

  4. Not sure what is lowest setting is, will have to look it up when I get back to the office unless Nick chimes in.

The lowest setting at that time was 5psi to 6psi then to 10psi in higher gears on the lowest map. The first couple gears is pretty low hp and in my opinion was about the same speed as the 720s, at 10psi it starts walking the 720s. At 15psi on pump gas, it makes 1150whp so theres some backwards math for you to figure out.

Huracan TT at 5psi-6psi about the same as 720s hp

Huracan TT at 10psi walks 720s

Huracan TT at 1150hp and 15psi on pump it runs away. This is a high 15Xmph to 16Xmph 1/4 mile trap.

Huracan TT on 109 gas is about 25mph faster in the 1/4 mile trap speed if that tells you anything.

  5. The 720s I have seen dyno’d in the 680-690whp range so def under rated. Sure as hell making more than 720 advertised. I can’t think of anything but lower weight and better aero. I mean laws of physics aren’t being changed here. 720s weighs about 3050lbs wet and standard Huracan weighs 3450. Add another 100lbs for turbos etc and now we are talking about a 500lb difference. Add aero and I am sure that is where the difference lies.

I agree with WEIGHT difference. Not much if anything to do with aero on the 720s. Smaller turbos, low end power band optimized with more boost to get to 700whp vs bigger turbos with little boost to get 800-850hp on a huracan. Smaller turbos will be more efficient with low end power.

In terms of weight, Mclaren is around 3160lbs according to:

    http://www.motortrend.com/news/2018-mclare...st-test-review/

    https://www.caranddriver.com/mclaren/720s

The Huracan weighs even MORE. Depending on options, its up to around 3600lbs without turbos.

Same weight same power, the cars would be nearly the same.

  6. RSC has a nice "Performante-esque" carbon fiber wing they just released...

I’ve seen that one installed in person and it literally broke at I think 150-190mph at the oem rear base according to the driver of the car. Really a nice wing and broken symmetrically under both bases. It might not have been reinforced properly as say vorsteiner normally offers with there spoilers with some carbon supports hidden under the base. I actually have a low mount rsc lip spoiler now which is nice quality. I’ve asked rsc on another forum I believe about there tall performante style wing if they have fixed the problem and they never sent me any updates except to email them. They also wanted like $5k for the wing I saw fail in person so I didn’t bother to follow up anymore.

The eBay one I posted has similar measurements but it might be a little bigger. The eBay one says about 64” wide and q0” tall BUT the height measurement isn’t precise as the oem performante was measured in front and no idea where eBay guy did it at. Thanks for getting the measurements.

  7. I think the regular huracan looks better without the wing jmho. Also wouldnt trust its gonna hold up to the speeds your car is capable of.And i bet there will be fitment issues.I wouldnt do it.

I agree on the both points. It would have to have some reinforcement brackets I would need to fabricate. In terms of the fitment, I have to say it will require some sanding for sure and then I would have to hope it would fit decent. You never know in my experience except to bet it won't fit out of the box.

  8. Whats everyones thoughts of this piece? It says all carbon fiber even though it shows fiberglass in this version.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Carbon-Fiber-Perfo...hTi&vxp=mtr

I was thinking to make some stronger support brackets under the rear panel but other than that, it is exactly what I was thinking.

To do the OEM huracan performante spoiler it will be over $50K for the hatch, glass, rear upper frame, rear panel where emblem ($6000 alone), spoiler, etc.. They priced it this high on purpose so no one would do it to a regular huracan with OEM Lamborghini parts.

  9. March 2018 update

Went to the track today to watch my buddy from Orlando with his Yellow X package UGR Gallardo do some roll racing.

This badass beautiful UGR car was the 2nd fastest right behind a 7 second GTR in qualifying times. I had to leave but he said he was ready to go to the final round with the juice turned up when they realized a pump was going out so he didn’t push it. The X package cars are so good now!

I’m still enjoying my car a lot, as I call it a really crazy street car. Added some more carbon fiber parts like AC Vents, door handles, center console side piece, Carbon gauge surround. Also got a OEM special order Green stitching Suede Performante Steering wheel which I love. I’m dying for the Performante rear deck and wing but can’t justify it so I got a little RSC carbon rear lip spoiler. I have to reiterate that this UGR setup is nicer than I expected.
