Fair. But if a dealer is being “allocated” a 63 and they are being “asked” by the factory to submit a build sheet by a certain deadline while not having any client showing interest, what colour is the safest bet then? And a dealer would involuntarily “want” that allocation otherwise they would likely miss future opportunities to get allocations for limited-edition models.
Good point. I would think white or black would be good "safe" colors. I wish Lamborghini released more detailed production info such as number of cars made in each color for each MY, etc.

I agree with you , personally , I don’t like any of the stupid stickers they put on the cars . Let the car speak for itself
Return of LPDADDY and Roman on the same day?

I would venture a guess that white is the safest bet for resale. M&M's are nice but one has to wait for the "one guy" who fancies "that" colour.
White is as neutral and hence as safe as it can get.
I doubt it. My dealer has a brand new white Aventador S they've had in inventory forever and from what I heard it's available at a nice discount.

Yes. I wish I could be more specific. Let's just say, the AP is pretty complex and well, it needs to be done right. The renders are not exact--maybe its a language thing but we have gotten the closest yet. Hopefully soon.
Can't wait to see what have you cooked up.

Not sure if Lamborghini Atlanta's stems has changed since then, but when I ordered it was $35k down and then additionally 10% of MSRP once car enters production. When was your original car supposed to go into production?

Awesome house Minte.

Still not delivered or even in production. Still working on specs with factory. Guess this is harder than expected. Now it’s December in Italy so you can guess the outcome. Ugh.
Is it your ad personum stuff holding it up?

We dont need ghoul pool, we need people to actually start threads about life/question/misc.
In the glorydays it was young guys like me/rob/etc asking a ton of stuff, and then older guys posting their biz stuff.
Social media killed the message boards.

Beautiful spec. Mine is at factory warehouse now waiting on transport so nearing the finish line. Should have it in January sometime.

Lamborghini doesn't allow dealers to advertise new cars online. With that said I believe Aventador production is finished and that only SVJ's are being built at this point.
-
Damn this sounds amazing. I was going to leave mine stock but heavily reconsidering now.

I test drove one for a day. It feels like a much smaller car than it is. Really great handling and braking. Exhaust sounds good with pops and crackles. Loved the heads up display and Bang and Olufsen sound system, but wouldn't trade my Trackhawk for one unless they were a lot closer in price.

Awesome pick up.

What's the current most likely guess on the engine of the Aventaor replacement? Initially I was a hearing a 4L V12 + electric., is that still likely or will it be a bigger V12 + electric?

Awesome combo!

There will be no badging issue for the AV SVJs as they are being badged as 1 di 900 for the coupe or 1 di 800 for the roadster (1 of ###) instead of each car is being individually numbered like the Murcie SV
Would still be wrong if they don't make 800 and 900 of each.

My SVJ coupe has just completed production, it will be a model year 2020, they are holding them and awaiting 2020 carb certification.
That must be annoying knowing the car is done but having to wait for it, but at least it will be a MY year newer. Wonder if that means some of the later production roadsters will be MY2021 with replacement as MY2022?
It's odd that the line is all SVJ Roadsters according to Allan when DoctaM3's coupe hasn't been built yet, unless his car is also just waiting for the certification.

I checked with my dealer yesterday. My roadster is currently scheduled for production completion in December with January delivery. I was initially told November production with December delivery.
-
I’ll take last of old model than first of new model anytime.

Interesting they are building SVJ roadsters already. I’m getting the first one at my dealer and have been told November production. December or January delivery.

So it seems I had two different issues.
1) Thermostat
2) Alternator
Swapped the thermostat and the car runs much cooler. Doesn't get above 90c when at highway speed, will spike briefly if stuck in traffic (it's pretty hot outside 95-100 fahrenheit). The other issue is once car gets heat soaked my alternator was only put out 11.9-12v, seems to not be enough juice to run the fans at max speed which explains running hot at lower speeds. Should get car back tomorrow with new alternator so hopefully at that point temps will be back to normal at low speeds also.
