I am ready to order say the word I want what is pictured and make mine "purple" to match the film on car (ill send a sample) AND IF THATS NOT GREAT I would order a second P and Z in white and do it all in white. your car looked sick with them on!

Smart man on the NA but to stretch the Aventador platform so far is frustrating, I had a bet going on in here many moons ago about the 4000 pieces production run which was obviously BS along with the life of the model which from memory I was told at the time that it was 2020 with a facelift somewhere in between, IMO that's stretching it, the markets move so fast, what carries this car is the NA V12, if they drop that they will be in trouble.
I know how they want to keep it alive, I know how they will get a DCT in there, if the thing I know will end up being fact many here will FLIP, they will not like it. Unfortunately I can not discuss it, I am still hoping it's not true, I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Comfort. if I want to save 100 pounds I will just tell Concubine I want to drive alone... but I need to adjust and heat my seats as I have been in snow many times and driven over 900 miles in one stretch

Whilst I agree the 10 year cycle in this day and age is lengthy how would they pay for the r&d on the new product? Then the testing etc.
Lambo themself would probably like to offer a 7 year cycle but the money is not there, the v12 market is not massive.
The benefit though is they can do soft updates and product refinement rather than a drains up rebuild. Easier cheaper process to hone a product.
Sad reality is that they as a company do not defecate cash.
Ferrari owners don't drive like we do and a smart man once said to me ... "you lambo guys are low hanging fruit" you will buy the new thing just because .. so when presenting a new car with new tech ... from what I can see .. change the style and I will buy it and buy the Roadster 😆 If the aventador s looked more insane than my SV I would have one already ordered and I would be planning to Chrome it and put naked girls on it then rally ... is it that hard to put a huge ass veneno style body panel and dorsal fin thing on a car? Oh well maybe the gen public likes cleaner lines or simplified cars. My frustration lies only in that I will not modify my factory cars ... yeah yeah Vinyl wrap .. you know that just protects paint I don't add wings or screw with wind tunnel tested well engineered cars ..... but help me out .. and what happened to the numbers on these 6000 made) I just love the aventador .. it's my car.. 150k on 4 of them .. it changed me. I am 💯 1000% loyal yet
I need the average person to know I bought the new new when I'm dropping 1/2 mil. 2012 lp400 2014 Roadster 2016 SV and 2016 SV Roadster ... another 5 years of Aventador's ( I WILL buy at least 2-3 Aventador's more before 2022 but I want them to LOOK differentl)

Well 5-6 years with a car called an aventador or in this platform. I hate to say this but...I was looking for a new 12 cyl car not called an aventador and totally different ... since 2012 I purchased 4 and drove the shyt out of these iconic cars.
anyway, I just didn't think 10 years would be the run ... I already budgeted a "Aventador replacement... and a Roadster in a year" but hey...
I guess I will just give more love and attention to my SV and enjoy her more through 2017 and on as the Aventador S is so amazing but its not worth it for me to sell my SV which is only 7 months old... I only have 18,000 miles on it...
this one I will run to 60,000 miles and keep forever.
by the way ... the SV exhause... did I mention the factory upgrade increased all aspects of my driving experience.
can anyone confirm... new AV replacement (*totally new) not due till 2022!! that kinda sucks and what happened to the 4500 figure ... I mean 4500 cars passed we are at 6000. I did a flash card test withy Concubine and her hot sister and the results are in:

I will need another 12 cyl soon but fior now the SV is what I keep (its my second and after 37000 miles in SV's I love them and I am not interested in being more combfortable

finished my 2017 rally design... Purple has always been my fav color and I made this car based on a purple and silver thong conc has... so I am so happy... lots of lighting tricks.. it glows it reflects its lit... and its everything I everwanted... all grills; wheels and whole car refinished.. I'm happy. yep. completely happy and that's a wonderful feeling

My personal passion was a true bright (bright!!) lambo with a huge wing and I needed it to glow at night . We celebrated NYE if you follow you saw what happened.. 12 girls a few guys some lazer costumes and we created something visually stunning. Car is personalized perfect for me and it took and insane amount of time and energy to do this.. we are car 01 in GOLDRUSH Rally in a few months and my car just left for Miami today it will be there in 35 hours ..

Current situation ... on Friday HUGE transformation revealed .. I have now gotten the car perfect for me and I have never been so excited by any project screw it my pics are not going through anyway I'm excited you will see
I really am so happy now it's what I always wanted the LOOK sound and feel

I don't think this cars are for investment anymore. They can hardly keep its original value, maybe the SV or 50th anniversary will increase the value someday but in how many years? 10 years, maybe even more. However the SV is 10 times better looking than this Aventador S imo, and indeed the SV has more potential to at least keep its value in the next few years, the Aventador S will decrease its own value soon after you purchase one, like any other non-"limited" car. IMO
I lost 165K on my SV Coupe in 5 months
I lost 200k on my lp700 roadster in 2 years
I lost 180k on my 2012 coupe in 2 years
no investment cars in my garage ever. except for my high school car a olds 442 that went X10 in value
I regretted no buying the "special 50th anniv offered to me when I ran the 50th anniv giro in Europe...
I didn't like the Pirelli as a special edition for me though I love the car
I love the miura edition but will pass
on this... I feel its a step down from my SV roaster ... now. Will I buy one.. IDK, I buy any 12cyl they make usually.
I hate (re3ally dislike) when Instagram generation is all about "whats next" before a car is even released but ... here I am ... being one of those "people" and I am wondering what is next and when the AV is going to be replaced.
I have a goldrush to run in MAY and Next year I have a 20th anniversary Gumball3000 AROUND THE ENTIRE WORLD... and a TENTH anniv goldrush too. I was hoping by 5-2018 to have a NEW aventador replacement or my SV will break mileage records

well we decided to do something really crazy this time.
God bless this wonderful life. We have met the most amazing people in the supercar life and 2017 ... well we got some plans and the reveal... stupid crazy sexy fun. Hey, I don't have to justify it but .... I work very hard and I am very excited for the car to be transformed and for the reveal party

I am averaging 37000 miles a year on Aventadors (I'm on my 4th) I will have 90k miles by the time this body style changes at this rate.
remember when the AV SV came out... fair to say I was a big fan and this entire "posting" populace was not feeling it. I had drank the coolade then and I am still an SV fan.
I just love the wing and I am preparing a total ... reworking of the car as a rally car for 2017...
right now! big plans to cross country a few times in 2017 and to circle the globe in 2018
I cant wait for the reveal ... it always involves a dozen naked women and a party ... lately we enjoy lighting people on fire and some other special effects.

don't know what it is.. I have racing exhaust and I am pissed that this is my 4th Aventador (this is an AVSVR) and I didn't have this sooner.

Tune/increase power: very very noticeable
I cant recommend it enough and I just wish I hadn't been forced to have a stock exhaust for the last 3 cars and 160,000 miles of AV driving. I never screw with exhaust cause I really.... like to keep my cars stock mechanicaly and service (or over-service-preventative service them) due to the fact that I rely on them 100% to make it. I would never put a non lambo part on them (mechanically) and I never install a body piece (wing ... body kit) cause I need them to go 200+ mph without taking flight or killing people around me as aftermarket stuff falls off.
The lambo stuff (tune and exhaust) has really increased my enjoyment of the car. I remember when renee turned the SV on in Amelia island and it sounded like a prius ... I was devastated. My new exhaust is really amazing I got it at manh motors and I cant recommend it enough
