No he didnt, he had a Cl65, Not an Sl65. I think you are close, not too Long ago RoB Ferretti paid 107 for an 05 with 11K miles and extended warranty.
I knew at 122k it was close. If it doesnt sell oh well. The 09 sl65 is being released and other then some ugly lights, wing and bumper it is the same car so value shouldnt tank like the cl's with the newer car.

I think Luis abandoned us, he moved to I was told Michigan. In all honesty I was in the car and it rocks, very nice and tight.
How does that car stack up with your slr pre mod? Is it as fast or faster then Joe's gt700? Did you notice anything you would say was better on the 997 evt700 vs the 996 gt700?

I am thinking to put my sl up for sale and ask 112k? Is that a good price for a 2005 sl65, 14k miles, cpo, distronic, parktronic, keyless go, blk ash wood, built in k40 front and rear with laser dif front and rear, elm, oh and 582whp. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

I have the k40 builtin my sl and it works good. It gives me good notice, you just have to learn what all the beeps mean. I have my lights built into the speedo/tack so I at night the whole speedo/tach will light up red if I am hit. The jammers are front and rear on my car and think they do ok. I just dont know what new lasers etc the cops come out with so you never knwo when my stuff is out dated. I saw my laser jam work on my denali once. I was flying around a corner I the thing went crazy I look up and there is a cop with the laser gun hitting me. I thought I was done but he looked at his gun confused and hit me again and looked at his gun again and never did stop me?

what does that kit cost and do they add any engine mods? What is the story with astons, my wife has been wanting one for some time but I hear they break alot? When does the dbs come out?

The results seem about right as the mb/amg wheels seem to be very very heavy.

what is the price of the r10 and when will it come out? I would think even with a 500hp v10 it is to close to the gallardo and they would need to bump the gallardo up ? I saw an r8 here local and must say it looked like a longer tt. I wasnt to impressed with the car.

At the track I always run in dyno mode, the ESP modulation is used if you want to run street tires
I only run on street tires anymore. I want to see what my car will run in street trim.

Whats the vspec model, I have not been to up to date on this car. When will this car come out and what else besides 70hp will it offer?

...some dealers are ethical believe it or not....I had to look around, but one at least seems so far dedicated to dealing @ MSRP, whether that changes we shall see...

I am tempted to see what my car can do at a real track with real prep. We will see what I do, I would like to see that evo gt700 and allans slr run as well. That is pretty smart taking off with esp and then switching it off. I thought you ran in dyno mode. I did a few times but the car was just all over the place when I did. so esp on or sometimes esp off.

Are you kidding enkei makes the forged 722 wheels and the dealer wants ,e to pay 6-7k a wheel? That is what I call mark up.

The only problem I see is that of any new fast car, the dealers are going to have them 30k or more over sticker until they cool down. If any one could get a dealer to commit to msrp I would jump on it or you will jut have to wait the 1-2 years and then get one for msrp or less. I would pick one up but didnt feel like calling dealers to hear about how this car is going to be the best car ever etc etc and we are going to need 30-50k over msrp.

Damn it you guys I want to go but not sure if I feel like driving for 6hrs. If I go I will show up Sat night. I got the email from the secc forum that you guys are meeting and driving out together. I would like to see how my car runs in AZ. How is the track prep over there? How many runs do you think we can get in, what is the temp looking like for that day? Is there a hotel by where you guys are meeting?

-yeah sl65 is 19x9.5
-Biggest wheel I see for any model(besides the SLR) is a 19x10 with a 230 part number. I'd assume that may be for an 030 car, it didn't say, and none are available.
I'm thinking your gonna need some CCW/Kenisis/Iforged, that are custom to be able to go to a lightweight 19x11 in the proper offset and clearance.
I dont understand how amg gave the flagship amg 9.5in rears and the cls and sl 55's could opt for the 10inch wide rear? Do you know who makes the wheels for amg? I still want a set off the 722 but not at 6k a wheel.

Jtrump can you clear something up for me, I thought the sl65 came with 19x9.5 in the rear but I here the 030 pkg sl55's etc came with 19x10's in the rear. Do you know if amg offers a 19x10.5 or 19x11 wheel for the sl65 or even just the barrel so I can use the stock centers? Thanks

do you have a dyno that shows hp,torque, rpms and af? And when you say race gas do you mean c16 or one of the 100, 101, 109 gas.
