  1. The auto transmission is not bad. It has a sport setting where it doesn't shift too early. The CL65 will be quite a bit faster than your other choices in the straight line with more horsepower and its huge torque advantage and likely worse in the turns, since it's heavier (though they are all quite heavy), has worse weight distribution, and probably softer suspension. Since it has turbos, it can be modified for more power easier than others. It has the stability control that's pretty good at minimizing body roll. I'm replacing the tires with the Michelin PS2's, since the stock tires break traction too easily. The interior is nice. The ride quality is good. The CL63s with the new body style will start showing up on the streets soon. The engine is quiet. It's got lots of electronics and many adjustments (ex. for the seats). There are some annoying quirks (ex. when you put the turn signal on and then off very quickly, it stays on and when it's very cold the windows freeze and don't close completely). The trunk size is pretty good and the rear seat room is fine if you move the seats forward a bit. The car is long but easy to park (especially compared to the Murci, which I think is worse than the Diablo!).

If you dont mine where are you located? There is a local guy who has a cl65 and blue lambo.

  2. Hey guys I have seen some of these wheels and wanted to know if the weight savings is worth the $$. I think they say the stockers weigh 30lbs and these would be like 15-18lbs so 12-15lb saving per corner. I know there is a formula about unsprung weight = x amount of hp gain. The wheels are about 2k each and I just wondered if they would make a difference on a 4500lb car or if the money is better spent on ecu tunes, airboxes and exhaust?

  3. The last time I checked the were about 55-70k depends on the dial and if you had diamond markers and what shape diamonds in the bezel etc etc. I was able to get a new mop dial round diamond bezel one for 45k brand new and passed at the time. I love those watches. very nice watch you had that is the watch I would pick.

  4. Should be 100 untis. That is all that was made in the coupe form so I would think they would keep the same number in this car. The coupes were like 400k if I recall and I belive it is a pain to get them into the US. I think there are 2-3 in the us now. If I am wrong some one please correct me and let me know if they are cheaper or easier to get in the states. Hard call bewtween the dtm and the slr. I think they will be the same price range but with the dtm having alot les units.

  5. I agree 70whp does seem like a ton of power. I can not get a tuner to give me 70whp on my car with a tune but they do all say they can add like 150lbft at the crank? I want my wife to drive this 335 since she has the e46 m3 I think this car would be nice but she likes the way her car looks and I think I agree. My SA said by summer there will be a convt hard top like the sl in the 335 which I think she would like. Any one own a 335 and what do you think compared to the e46 m3?
