Interesting news breaking revealed on our Channel 4. Putin rang Obama on the basis that sanctions against Russia were raised last night because America has spotted the increase of Russian troops on the border, the supplying of Russian hardware that included SAM and it was Putin that raised the down plane in phonecall.
I know there are people on here that dislike the current POTUS and I fully get why but to increase the sanctions was the right thing to do. Sure you could say too late but I think it is unfair to say that though without a whiff of hindsight.

Does anyone ever think this could just be a calculated political move? Obama has such a low approval rating right now with scandal after scandal coming out and Hillary has been directly tied to his presidency since the beginning with the belief that she will be his successor and continue his crusade. Now she feels that she needs to give herself a little bit of distance in order to give herself a realistic chance in her 2016 run. Something along the lines of "Hey, I know he was a bad president and I didn't like him just like the rest of America, but I had to put up with him the same as you because you elected him. But now we have the chance to fix all of these problems if you just elect me". In my opinion unless she has mad cow disease and her brain is melting from the inside out she is way to calculated of a politician to have something like this just slip out. She has been playing this game for a long time and she and Bill have a lot more dirt behind them than even some of the worst politicians out there and they are both still standing. If anything Bill has had a resurgence in the last couple of years as a sort of cult hero. The rest of the Dem party will more than likely jump twords this in the coming futue as their best effort to keep a Republican out of the office in 2016.
This runs a very similar line to what Roman said earlier about making the choice to either save the IRS or let Obama go down in flames.

Saw more on the local news here tonight. It showed the front of the truck. No visible damage at all! Also a local shop saw the story and offered to repair the mans truck of any damage free of charge. I love my state

Slow traffic keep left does not mean if your doing the speed limit you are exempt.
Drivers on the road are not the enforcers of the speed limit. If someone want to speed, do the safe thing and move the fcuk out of the way.
not to mention she really shouldn't have been sitting there filming behind herself with her cell phone while driving.
Did the guy in the truck do something stupid and pay for it? sure.
but that whole event could have been avoided if the driver filming was actually driving safely. The law might be different there, but everywhere in North America that I've ever been to has had the same rule. slow drivers keep right.

Ok so I changed my video card to a Diamond AMD Radeon HD 7870 (7870PE52GV), long story short the fan broke on it. I purchased a Diamond AMD Radeon R7 240 (R7240D32GXOC) to replace it. I installed and updated all the drivers. For some reason certain programs will lag very bad to the point of it "Not Responding" while starting it. AOL is the biggest culprit (my parents use it). Also if I go on YouTube none of the videos show up and even if they are embedded. I can browse the internet just fine on Firefox, IE, and Chrome.
I have no idea what else to do.
bet there's an old Windows KB update that needs uninstalling.
