Liquid Report post Posted May 4, 2009 Very impressive, indeed. So it sounds like you have left the stock ECU's in place to control fuel and timing when not under boost, and e-geare function, but have are piggybacking the AEM to run fuel and timing under boost. I did something similar in my last project and it worked well. Needless to say, the wiring had to be a nightmare. Any public information you can supply on the ECU pin out would be appreciated. Congrats on the project, and great job!

Nicolas Report post Posted May 7, 2009 Hey guys, Yes I am the Ex F1 Minardi and Jordan driver. This is my hobby, or "substitute" for when not driving F1 cars :-) Anyway, thank you for all your kind words, I have actually just finished my water tank which is fitted upfront, it holds aprx 16 liters of water so it is very stable concerning keeping chargecooler temps in check, Ive also just today finished a piece of aluminum tubing which directs my airfilter(s) into the rear wheel arch for a much cooler intake and it works very very well compared with before, sucking air from engine bay bay. Ive spliced both turbos together now keeping the install simple and also taking up much less space than two filters would. Ive painted it black like my boost piping and it is drying as we speak, I will post fotos later on of both two new item :-) Have a nice day everyone.. Mr. Vroom Report post Posted May 7, 2009 Wow, very cool resume Nicolas! Next time you track your G-TT, if its not a problem, please put a camera in the cockpit, and show us a hot lap! I have tracked my G-TT ONCE, and also have some video, but unfortunately, my "hot lap", was not so hot, due to a spinout! Nicolas Report post Posted May 7, 2009 Hahaha, Ive had a few "not so hot ones" as well, spun out as well.Im still trying to understand the awd Lamborghini invented "or who ever" how much power is the front wheels actually seing? Ive managed to spin and had the car stationary with smoke pouring out the back "from tyres not the clutch :-) " Anyway here is latest update pictures.. I will film next outing onboard,Ohh I have a little 1/8 mile vid as well follow the link, the time despite the spinning was 7,88 very slow, keep in mind the track is a normal airport, ET speed 171 km/h.. Movie: http://www.bilgalleri.dk/vid_vis.aspx?VideoID=26611 it might be on youtube also, search "kismo lambo" Nicolas K
Mr. Vroom Report post Posted May 7, 2009 Great launch and good ET, but sounds like some traction problems in second gear. Not bad for a race car driver! The ice chest is also interesting.... how many beers does it hold?
