That's Travis Pastrana, he's been doing crazy stuff like that for years. He dominates on free style motocross in the x games and pretty much any form of extreme entertainment. He has a show that comes on MTV called Nitro Circus. He does everything from freestyle motocross, rally racing, base jumping, sky diving, monster trucks, etc. He jumped a rally car last New Years over a 270'+ gap.
