To set the time and date press brightness and reset button at same time for at least 3 secs press the reset button to increase value to be set press trip odometer button to confirm the value set and to go to the next value the time/date setting order is mins, hrs, time format, am/pm, day, month, year Don't blame me for your frustration please as this is straight from the book, good luck Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, and every time I turn off my battery the GPS goes back to default "quiet" setting and it takes me for ever to find the setting menu for it. I just got a new head unit and it took the guy an hour to set it up with my phone and what not, there is no way I'm going to be dealing with that every time I flip the cut off.
