adjustable suspension

GMG racing told my car has 3 position adjustable suspension. they can lower car about 1/2"

without changings springs etc I didn't even know this.

DO IT

think I will .......bunches of clearance tire wise ....and I don't think it would cause any routine driveway scrapping etc.

Be forewarned that lowering the car this way can cause wear on the inner fender liners under extreme compression.

 

 

A couple of dealers have done this for their customers - there's evidence of one here:

I assume you mean heavy tracking?

 

just straight level driving shouldn't be an issue? Correct?

I think that would be fine, but best to ask the dealer or someone who has done it to theirs.

Dealer claims yes it will appear lower when just sitting but once you are rolling

hydraulic system continually adjusts ride height so won't make hardly any difference

therefore he feels not worth doing.

That comment by the dealer is nonsense - the ride height is static in the MP4.
