Flash Gordon Report post Posted April 5, 2014 2002 Murcie. Has anyone removed their left radiator? Can someone outline the steps to remove? Does the rear bumper need to come off? Cannot seem to find any useable info in my service manual... Thanks, Rob
lambojayso Report post Posted April 6, 2014 Jack up the car from the location in the pic below, remove the wheel, remove the wheel well cover, disconnect the hose, remove the grill & tail light, and fish out the radiator from the back. Aaron94T Report post Posted April 16, 2014 Didn't realize removal of the taillight was essential to get it out... Thanks very much for the response, brother! It took us a few hours but Flash and I pulled it down through the wheel well area. The key when reinstalling is to keep all structural bolts loose until you have the radiator, ductwork and shroud all in place. The hand built nature of the tolerances comes into play here.
