Need advice or opinion about this Gallardo

Hello guys,

Looking for my first Gallardo.

This 2008 is actually being sold right up the road from me.

I saw the car in person today and I must say I am very impressed with the condition of the car. It only has 2500 miles on it and the white pearl paint looks amazing in person.

The wheels wells and front bumper , and underneath the car look to be in outstanding shape.

Front bumper air intakes where there are two coolers have no signs of rock chips or anything.

What do you guys think?

Anything that I should make sure to look for with the 2008's?

I really like the car.

My plans are to enjoy if for a bit and then send it to UGR.

Its a E gear car

Are the six speeds better to twin turbo than the E gears?

Thank you

If you plan to send to UR for TTs in the future, why not just start with the perfect balloon white UR LP560TT to begin with?

Hey JK79,

This car is stunning. The 2R would be my dream but a little too much for me.

I also like going through the build process. A fresh build is what I envision.

I'm thinking a stage 3 or 1R for me. But I have to find a car first.

Today I test drove the Gallardo for the first time. I have to be honest the E gear was somewhat disappointing ( especially coming from a GTR) but I can get used to it. Also this was the first E gear I was ever in and I don't have any other Gallardos to compare this to. A different year or even a different 2008 could react differently. This 2008 though only has 2400 miles so I assume its working as intended.

The car seems to buck at low speeds but I can tell once the rpms are higher the transmission changes gears better.

I'm still curious to know if UGR prefers the six speeds or the E gears for the Twin Turbo packages. Not sure....

Thanks for the reply though, take care....
