Fabspeed Motorsport | Huracan System is READY!!!

I figured this was worthy enough for a new thread! The Huracan system is complete and ready-to-rock! Premium stainless steel valved x-pipe replaces the factory muffler and outlet pipes for an outstanding upgrade in exhaust tone and performance. The factory exhaust on the Lamborghini Huracan is a very heavy, very restrictive system. The muffler is comprised of multiple chambers, filled with perforated tubing, wool packing, and a set of secondary catalytic converters. The exhaust gas must force its way through all of this in order to exit the system, which robs the car of considerable power. Fabspeed's Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust System solves these flow issues, providing significant power gains, weight savings, and an absolutely intoxicating sound.

 

Technical Specs

The center X-Pipe Section is 63.5mm/ 2.5" (Valves Closed)

The bypass dump pipes are 70mm/ 2.75" (Valves Open)

Maximum power gains of +29whp and +19 ft/lbs of torque are seen at 8000 RPM. Peak power is increased to 584whp and 420ft/lbs of torque.

Fabspeed system saves 23lbs, which is a 35% weight reduction vs. the factory muffler. (Factory = 66lbs, Fabspeed = 43lbs)

 

Valve Functionality

The valve functionality is controlled via the factory “Anima” switch located on the bottom of the steering wheel which controls a wide array of vehicle dynamics, including transmission behavior, steering and suspension settings, stability control and more. It has the following modes:

STRADA: Transmission shifts automatically for optimal fuel efficiency, suspension on full soft, stability control on, and the exhaust valves are

closed from 0-4200 RPM

(Best for standard street driving and cruising around without causing a stir.)

SPORT: Transmission shifts automatically at higher RPM for sportier driving, suspension stiffens, stability control is less intrusive, and the

exhaust valves open more freely under heavy throttle application.

(Good for sportier driving when you want the car louder and stiffer, but don’t want to be in full “race” mode.)

CORSA: Transmissions is shifted manually, suspension at full stiffness, stability control off,

exhaust valves locked open.

(Great for spirited back roads driving – by qualified drivers – and track events.
