Speed Syndicate Report post Posted October 13, 2015 We have a new airfield event concept taking place November 8th at the Aransas County Airfield. Will be a relaxed atmosphere and an unstructured day of side by side driving (or single lane passes) on a runway. Airfield is 2 hours from Houston and 16 feet above sea level. 30 driver max. Follow this link to tech in: http://texasspeedsyndicate.com/projectx/ Once you tech in an email will be sent to you along with a PayPal invoice. Once you pay you receive your position on the driver roster and will be good to go. 30 driver max and we have roughly 20 spots filled right now. The runway we will be segmented according to the Texas Invitational protocol. That means you will roll up to 65, accelerate for @ 1,500-1,800 feet, and then have room to shut down. There will be speed traps in each lane with MPH read out and win lights in each lane. Bring a helmet, your go fast shoes, and a smile. The tech form addresses additional safety. Cost is $310 p/head.
