Dash lights

I was going to upgrade my dash lights in my Diablo roadster with LED bulbs but when I was in the process the dash lights stopped working. The idiot lights and function of all the gauges work just not the night time dash lights. I removed the LED bulbs and put back the stock ones and the dash lights did not come back on. I checked the fuses and they look fine. I'm not sure what relays to check so I'm asking for help......what should I check???

have you check for power at the socket with the lights in the on position? Might be you need to increase the brightness. Please be aware LEDs are polarity sensitive.

Yes there is a brightness push button marked with two triangles on them like below, it works in a loop meaning it will go to brightest then start right back from lowest as you progress

Rhyno check the connection with the dimmer switch it is a good lead, if that fails you will need to see if you can light up your dash separately, I suggest taking it to an electronic expert if you are not comfortable in doing that, you just need to find the ground pin and the separate positive pin for the lights. If that works and it lights up next check voltage to your wiring pins that attach to your gage cluster. It's annoying but you have to try and isolate the problem first.

I checked the dimmer switch right away and nothing changed. This week I will will take it to the shop and see what they can figure out!
