I probably shouldn't say anything, but for a lot of otherwise smart people, you guys sure know very little about this weight loss stuff... I mean, for people who have achieved great things in life, you think you would at least know how to pick up a book/do 1 hr of research and figure out how to do this right... I'll put on my epic lurker flame suit now...
