I was the member who had problems with Autodrome Cannes. I would strongly advise steering clear of these idiots as they cannot be trusted. The green car was up for sale at about 150k Euro which is too much in my opinion even for an LP400. Luckily I found one elsewhere. I also bought a Silhouette off Aux Chateaux du Sud Ouest and they were very helpful and friendly. Laurent is a really nice guy and he went out of his way when I went to look at the car. The LP400S they had looked nice. I admit they are not cheap but it may be worth a look Craig

I owned a QV and a Diablo a few years back with my brother - I'm 6' and he's 6'4". We both fitted them no problem - in fact the Countach had more headroom as on the Diablo the doors slant into the cabin more so you often catch your head on the frame of the door in corners. Pretty silly considering it was a much bigger car... Craig

Well I don't post on here often but this topic is very relevant so here goes... I have been looking for a nice LP400 for a number of months and the dealer offered me the yellow LP400 per this thread 2 weeks ago I told them I was seriously interested, booked a flight and was due to view the car tomorrow (Mar 12). The dealer promised to hold the car for me. Anyway, 2 days ago I receive an e mail from said dealer saying he had sold the car as someone had sent him the money without viewing the car so "he had no choice". I was not happy. Of course he had a choice - he should said he had someone looking at the car this weekend who had first option or at least phoned me to secure a deposit from me. I had to cancel my flights which luckily didn't cost me much (GBP 118) and I wrote to the dealer saying it was only fair he compensated me this sum as he went back on his word. The dealer refused citing all manner of excuses.... Just to let everyone know this dealer should not be trusted - their word is worthless.
