Uh, yes it is. Worst 0-60, without launch control is 3.5 seconds. Performante is 3.9 to 62 mph or 100 kph, or no better than 3.7 to 60. Scuderia is 11.6 1/4 mile without launch control at 127 mph. Performante cannot even touch this. I have both, I think I should know. Scuderia weight no more that 3200 lbs., Performante weights 3800. Search Tirerack, put in year, and Murcielago. Also can use the B.F. Goodrich, which is also a good tire. Plenty good enough for what you will be doing, and they will get much better mileage. Or you could go up in width slightly with another brand.

I agree the car is heavy, my Scuderia is way faster to 60, 100, 120, etc. Change out the exhaust and convert to 2WD and you pick up 20hp, and lose 200 lbs. Now you are about equal to the SL coupe in power to weight.

I would do Capristo before I ever did Kriessieg. Kriessieg is very heavy, and you really can't get that high pitch sound anyway out of an LP because of the different firing pattern.

Why would CC brakes produce more hp, it's just weight savings?

Just look on Autotrader, Dupont and EBay and you will learn market values. Then come back and ask for real world transaction prices.

I liked the green, but my wife hated it. The black worked well for us, and it will match my 2009 Scuderia on the way.
