ViperForums.net's existence and creation has/had absolutely nothing to do with Underground Racing. At one point, in the beginning, UGR customers outnumbered everyone else, but that was purely coincidence and not some conspiracy like everyone wants to try to make it into.

We have 180 members and have been running a mere 3 months. We would have more, I suppose, but as we all know there are others that know about us but would have to walk on eggshells if they did anything more than troll like they do now. Im not commenting any further, but thanks for yet another spectator's insight.

Jason. Its not really my place to say, because I dont know you personally, but to the rest of the internet, you are notorious for meltdowns. How am I to know your personal email address? How am I to know how many AOL accounts you have or which is the primary? Thats ridiculous but I will say that both versions that I am dealing with could very well be credible. It also wouldnt surprise many if you did have 2 similar addresses. We arent necissarily considering that you yourself did it alone, but just as you like to point the finger that I am involved, your company from speedalley and elsewhere could very well be involved and have been quoted in the general disliking of our site. Who knows. From everything one could read on this site among others, you guys are always out to bash UGR. Im surprised UGR is as humble as they are in their replies over here considering the shadiness. In knowing your history with several of them, one would expect a reply like that from you. Also, the reason I was banned is because I pissed off the wrong person at the right time when sticking up for a person that was in the midst of explaining how he was treated by a certain tuner. The rest is history, and so a new site was created. SpeedAlley banned me and some others immediately upon creation of the site, although I never even made a single post over there. I wasnt interested in moving up the cult ladder there to begin with, so yet again, it served as another favor. Who would use anything against you that isnt already public knowledge? The fact that many dislike you and your business practices is between you and they. Our site runs on the fuel that you can say what you need as well as defend yourself when necissary. This is probably the biggest reason we dont see any of the SpeedAlley inner circle over there. They have no ground to stand on and now that the Alley isnt there to hide and protect it all, there is nothing anyone has to say in response. Pretty funny when the tables turn or even out, but that doesnt concern you, its merely an example. Ive already explained to you how the AOL IP addresses work, so I dont know why you are mentioning it again. We are still looking into this Jason. Thanks for your patience. Please note that you need to not indicate that I am involved, or I will start the papers rolling myself. If I cant pinpoint who is, then I seriously doubt that you can. Sherlock, If you read all of the posts made under the Heffner Performance name from day one, they are all written in the same very casual manner, even before that post you quoted. It would seem to most that anyone who would go to these alleged lengths to do any real damage to the Heffner name would have been quite a bit more rash. All in all, I am through discussing this on a public forum. Its honestly not anyones business other than the parties involved. Its pretty ridiculous and, frankly, quite ironic that it was made public in the fashion it was. I only commented here to keep with our site's good standing. I refuse to feed the fire any more than it has, unfortunately, already grown. Thanks,

Well then you should know (at least from browsing our site) that the truth is the sole reason we started it up in the first place. The Alley has too many skeletons in the closet. I like this forum but I also have to say that it has that same feeling as the Alley to it at times.

Im not sure why you always have it out for me over here, but this is all really none of your business to start with. Jason could have handled all of this via private contact with us rather than run over here to this support group as well as at least one other site. As stated numerous times now, we are working on the issue. There are plenty of scandals and genuine public bashings against both UGR and their customers over here. Maybe you should be working on those situations instead of sticking a finger in this pie that you have no purpose in. It all makes this whole thing really fishy. We have no other real drama on our site, and we enjoy it when there isnt any. This is all a pain in the ass regardless of who is responsible. I have far better things to do rather than babysit a bunch of supposedly grown men.

The same could be said to the owners of "other" websites, this one included, but thats a whole other subject.

Funny you mention the posting style, because "we" have also noticed that the style and context in the posts are very similar. Almost too similar. That only further raises suspicions in most member's eyes that it could all be a backing out of sorts after a not so warm welcome. Its also funny that rather than try to dispute anything within the very site this is all happening, these threads were started on other forums. Almost seems that it was meant to get noticed that way. Either someone really did their homework in impersonating Heffner, or there is a major coverup attempt in the works. Neither at this point would genuinely surprise me. Let it be known that although I have my opinions, that isnt deterring me from aiding in finding out the real truth.

Whose to say it isnt really him backing out after some of our members extended him a less than warm welcome. Maybe you should back track a few posts and come to the realization that if we block the IP, we would be blocking millions of AOL users.

I wont discuss any more details on a public forum, other than to tell you that AOL IP's are non specific. That means that its either someone smart doing it to be sneaky, or its just a coincidence that you browsed and contacted us using the same provider IP. Im leaning towards giving you the benefit of the doubt given that millions of folks are AOL customers. We will be in contact with both email addresses provided to us, so please standby. On a side note and off topic, I wont even begin to tell you what is really fishy. Maybe you can ask that to the folks over at SpeedAlley for me. I seem to have lost my access , and GARY JAVO wont return my PM's here... An open invite still exists for him to come over to our site and participate. I have reassured him that there are no hard feelings about all of our bannings from his site that occurred simultaneous to our forum's startup. No worries; we dont employ those policies, Gary, and would really enjoy having you all over on the site.

Not sure why you are chiming in at all with no dog in the hunt, but just to clarify (once again), we have already stated that we are investigating. There has been no refusal of cooperation. We hate this type of bullshit drama more so than you do, especially from grown men. Pretty pathetic IMO, and its a huge waste of time and money at the end of the day when legal documents fly back and forth. How about we cross that road if and when we get there? Theres no way to know if this is a scandal or if its a malicious attempt to wreck the site. Its a pretty well known fact that several in a certain crowd have those intentions. Its also no secret that viperforums.net is primarily (so far, although we encourage everyone to participate) inhabited by a number of UGR customers, so obviously that makes it all pretty fishy no matter what side youre on. We have stated that we are still looking into it. No one said it was going to continue. Our dilemna lies in that you or someone close-knit could be up to it all for reasons of malice. Nothing posted under the "heffner performance" screen name on our site had anything other than a sincere tone to it as far as most are concerned. Therefore, when people attacked the username, and then all of a sudden we are getting a request to have everything deleted, it raised some suspicion once again and some suggest it could have actually been you and that once you were attacked you decided to cover it up and back out. Something else I might mention that is very fishy is that there are several screen names that exist on other boards (including here) where that "actual" person was not the person who registered the name... Just some food for thought. We'll get to the bottom of it, but talking to you on the phone just to here you say "no it isnt me" just isnt enough to pull anything yet. No one said it was gonna continue, it was only stated that we were looking into it.
