  1. I need to put new tires on my car and I cannot find 235/35 ZR18 which is the correct tire size for the front. I do see lots of options for 245/35 ZR18 which is the correct size for the Murcielago and might possibly work. Does anyone know if this size will work with the Diablo without causing damage to the viscous traction system? Thanks. Gregg
  2. Count me in as well! The sooner the better.
  3. I'm wondering if anyone on this forum knows how to successfully install a windshield in a Diablo Roadster. One of the local glass shops in my city took a shot at mine and failed miserably. The trim around the glass fit very poorly so I had them remove the trim only. I'm wondering if the trim should have been fitted and installed onto the glass first and then the two installed into the car as an assembled unit. If anyone knows the proper procedure for changing out the glass please pass it along. Thanks. Gregg
  4. I just received my new remote and key a couple of weeks ago. It was painless and both work perfectly. You just need to send a copy of your title and driver's licence. PM me for details. Gregg
  5. Has anybody recently gone through the process of purchasing a spare remote for the Diablo's alarm system? I have heard different things from everyone I've talked to and I was wondering if any forum members had successfully done this on their own. Keep in mind I do not have the red pin card so that obviously complicates things a little. I recall reading somewhere that a copy of the pin number is under the serial number sticker on the actual module. Can anybody confirm this? Thanks. Gregg
  6. I have been out driving and enjoying my 99 Roadster but I find after 20 minutes or so both my R & L CEL comes on. The DTC code reads P0111 which is an Air Temperature Sensor Fault. If I check the number of CEL flashes by turning the ignition key 3 times it comes up as 23 flashes which = OBDII System Failure. I can erase the code but it keeps coming back. I also read somewhere that it could be the interior climate control air sensor but I don't know. I find it odd that both banks light up at the same time because I doubt both sensors are failing at the same time. I would really appreciate any thoughts anybody has on this so I can get her fixed up. Thanks. Gregg
  7. Thanks Chris. I agree with your response. Now that I know it's not a factory option I'll just wire them in myself.
  8. I noticed my fog lights (2 small round ones in air dam) are not working and I just assumed it was a fuse or a problem with the wiring. Can you shed some light on what to do or how to trouble this problem? Thanks. sabregl
  9. DRL's = Daytime Running Lights which is a requirement for the car to pass the Federal Inspection.
  10. Does anybody know whether or not the DRL's can be toggled on and off on a 1999 Diablo Roadster via the cars ECU? I know this can be done the later models (G's & M's) but not sure about the Diablo. If not, what would be the best way to get DRL's operational? I know that wiring can sometimes be tricky and I would really appreciate any advice on this matter. Thanks. sabregl
