  1. He was led away in handcuffs. You are considered a flight risk once you are sentenced and he plead guilty nearly a year ago? In court everything happens so fast....
  2. Finally, got rid of this dead weight. He dropped the ball on many dealerships that went broke.
  3. Viken Keuylian sentenced today to 12 years in Federal Prison for his 12 million dollar swindle. One year for every million he stole... He will do at least 10 years...
  4. They wanted to serve him a personal subpoena in the ongoing matter of the suit. It is pretty simple! They have to serve him personally. Easier in OC than Italy!
  5. Did not want you to miss this news, that's all.
  6. Here's your answer: Stephan Winklemann ran away to avoid a subpoena in the ongoing "saga" of Vik Keuylian and his LOC dealership. Vik wants payment for the franchise and they want Mr. Winkelmann in court.

  10. I must reply that I do not know Tom. What I do know is that Tom put on a nice event that benefited one cause and one cause only, the 11-99 Foundation. I am a long time Lamborghini owner and I have to say, I am tired of the excuses and fools they make the customers out to be. The company acts like we are all children and we should be thankful they are selling us Lamborghini's. God it is soooo old at this point. And now, the answer to the burning question: Stephan Winkelmann left the event in haste to avoid service of a subpoena in the ongoing "saga" of Vik Keuylians Lamborghini Orange County. Stephan and the entire management teams "former favorite" worlds largest Lamborghini Dealer. I think Audi needs to rethink Mr. Winkelmann's position along with a few other "Management Team" members. Everyone today was disappointed in certain "Management Team" members attitude's. Audi has to be pissed and heads will roll!
  11. Time for Lamborghini to pay for LOC and end these games. It is really getting old. They where the #1 dealership and Lamborghini needs to put this to bed! Vik had an agreement and he has already plead guilty. Now, pay the guy and apply the money towards what he owes VW. It is beyond stupid! Regardless of how anyone feels about Vik, he made owning lambos fun. They named a color after him! At least he admitted guilt! Sales are down 57% due to the e c o n o m y and not because of Vik!
  12. Vik Keuylian made Lamborghini what it is today. He loves the cars. His sisters have been by his side and they loved the cars just as much as he did. You could see it at every event, every time I visited the dealership and spoke with them one on one. They deserve respect, not rumors. The truth is, when the economy is bad, you fail quickly. Imagine, you have a huge budget every month and no sales. No bank is willing to finance customers that qualify for cars. The banks are scared. When you have money in the bank, your accounts are drained quickly with no sales or sales with no profits. Every business owner makes mistakes. No one is perfect. I know this family and they are HONEST PEOPLE that got caught up quickly with a poor economy. The bank is always looking for a reason and they can pull flooring at any time, period. Even if nothing is wrong, they have (in this case) done just that. Let's remember all of the events Vik and his sisters put on. Let's remember the runs, the parties and our friends, Vik, Nora, Soosi and Astrid. My friends.... The Keuylians
