I have exactly the same issue, somebody suggested I should try t-cut, may try this over the weekend and see if it helps.

May well be a dealer plate or as they are known in the UK, trade plates.

Nice, though quiet compared to the decat+tubi on mine, though that may be the vid. Are the valves still in place on this system? Is this the LOC system piping+valves?

The mid-east guys focus on central London, which is pretty small, you can get from Chelsea to Mayfair in a few minutes. They like driving from one hotel to another and they like getting spotted + there are a lot of spotters in London. These guys are always competing, who has the better car, most mods, crazy colors... it's all good fun.
