  1. I have just purchased a 2010 LP 570 and for me it was a 2 year process. The two cars are totally unique and very different. For sure the new LP 560/LP570 cars have the latest technology and they are terrific to drive on a daily basis. The Murci is a big car, and as was said previously, designed for a different buyer. Drive both, and decide for your self. There are pros and cons and you need to do your due diligence. I love both cars, and everyone is different. I would definitely wait to see what comes out after Dec. 3rd with the new announcement in L.A. for the new Merci. We may also see another variation of the lp560 platform in the drop top catagory as well so you will have more info to sift through. Good luck and welcome to the forum. Make sure to let us know what you decide upon, and send PICS!!!!
  2. Probably talk to your dealer. I just took delivery of a LP570 and he asked me if I was interested in attending. I am not sure about who will all be there, I am sure the Media as well as other Lamborgini owners, and principals. I would think the car will be available to pr-eorder soon after. Nice timing....... just before Christmas! With all the carbon in the Superleggera, as well as the Sesto Elemento concept car I would assume there will be plenty as well.
  3. anyone know who makes an aftermarket set of footrest, and both pedals for a lp570? the stock ones are quite plain. Thanks
  4. Just received an invite to be at the unveiling in Los Angeles On December 3rd of the v12 Lamborghini. My dealer just came back from Italy and toured the factory as well as the new Carbon fibre facility, and he stated that Lamborghini is Light years ahead of the competition, in new technology that will be coming out. My new LP 570 is just the beginning of the carbon technology that will be coming out in the new models. The Sesto Elemento is an example of the trend of lightning up the cars with carbon birdcage, and control arms straight out of F1 technology. I can't wait to see what the new V12 will look like. Apparently a totally new car with no carry over parts. Stay tuned!
  5. This is their second LP 570 superleggera they have sold. I was tempted to order the Verde Ithica, and also thought about Nero Noctis as well. They are all great colors on the car
  6. I went for Arancio Borialis. It took 6 months to decide the color before I ordered the car. I keep going out to the garage to see if I really did buy the car and it is not a dream. I need some guidance as to how to post pics, HELP
  7. I just purchased a LP570 and would like to have the 2 air covers on the engine painted orange then have the logo highlighted. Who offers this service, any idea of costs, and what is the turn around time. Anyone ever have this service done?
  8. I am a new owner of a Lp 570superleggera and contacted RCS regarding their new system. The car is awsome and their system will do nothing but enhance an already over the top car. You have a wicked product and have did your research with issues from other manufacturers from heat stress and cracking. Thanks again stuart for your prompt reply whenI contacted you this week. I hope to meet at SEMA and have one for my newest Italian supercar. Remember it is NEVER too late to have a happy childhood!
