yep, its the old state flag. its something i did way back when from all the black "bandit" trans ASS i had come and go. i put the tags on the front of the European cars as a joke more than anything.

 

some people get it, and honk / wave with smiles. others, dont get it at all.

 

having them on there shows you dont take the car too seriously, and the locals seem to be cool with the cars, as opposed to shooting out my windows or keying the car.
