Is the plastic on the bottom of the Gallardo steering wheel removable?

I wanna send the plastic piece to Robson-Design for a carbon fiber conversion. Is it removable, or will i have to take apart my entire steering wheel.

I have the perforated leather option as well as yellow stitching to match the rest of my interior. Had to pay for those two options, so i'd hate to ruin them by taking apart the entire steering wheel.

I think there are some allen bolts on the backside of the plastic and the parts in the middle probably have bolts under the airbag, and that comes off by removing the two allen bolts behind the steering wheel...
