I've become a Wheel FREAK!

:headbang: definitely one the MOST enjoyable aspect of vintage Alfa ownership, besides the crisp drivability, is the pursuit of 'period correct' aftermarket wheels for these little cars. Seems a large number of 'boutique' manufacturer's made some gorgeous designs in magnesium and other exotic metals. I have been paitently building wheel sets the past few years....some of the different looks...and my latest acquisition, Melber Major's - one of the rarest and most sought after brands. I am going to have them refinished soon!

I am getting a lot of satisfaction seeking and acquiring WHEELS, in the past few years I have acquired 6 Mangusta wheels, building a complete set and one rear extra, a set of 15" x 10" and 8" Campagnolo Pantera wheels, the 'bigger/wider' ones; and for the Alfa, a set of Cromodora Daytona's, Momo Vega's, and now Melber Major's

can change the look of the car many different ways now! :)
