andyling Report post Posted November 15, 2011 I heard toyota has 150,000miles or 8 years warranty on the battery. so after 200,000miles/ 10 years. the battery is very likely to screwed. now, don't know how expensive it is to change the battery in 10 years time. but I assume it's going to be minimum 1/2 or 1/3 price of the 10 years old car. not very good if you want to get rid of it in 10 years isn't it? Lambofan35 Report post Posted November 16, 2011 How crazy is it that our Hybrids get like 40ish mpg when in Europe they have so many cars with better fuel economy on even diesel!
