profunctional Report post Posted March 30, 2012 Anyone have experience with oDesk? I've been searching for Quality Assurance testers for my software and oDesk came up. I could have sworn I saw this site in a magazine before. The only big red flag for me is that after I registered and contacted some candidates, I got a nasty error message. Mako Report post Posted March 30, 2012 It's very legit, but as with any hiring process the ultimate result is going to depend on how well you screened your candidates. Great place to find cheap, talented, labor.
dinko Report post Posted March 30, 2012 I have nothing but great things to say about oDesk! Highly recommend, but you will get a LOT of applicants at $5/hour from India. I would avoid those. And remember, you get what you pay for.
sk24iam Report post Posted April 1, 2012 I've used Odesk and Elance. I prefer Elance over oDesk. I find Elance to me more user friendly with the same quality of programmers. Don't forget to do your due diligence when hiring someone.
