ctomic Report post Posted May 14, 2013 Hi everyone, I understood that the following Brake Fluids are best to be used on the Gallardo 04/05 Models: ATE DOT 4 Motul RBF 600 RBF 600 Racing Castrol GT-LMA brake Castrol SRF DOT 4 Unluckily I live in the south of Spain and its hard to get these specific ones. Now I heard that you can basically use any DOT4 Brake Fluid for a Gallardo? Does anyone know anything about that? all the best from spain, Chris
Turbo50Mike Report post Posted May 14, 2013 You can't get ATE Gold near you? Most BMW and Audi dealers will have it. Try the ATE Gold Typ200 or Motul RBF 600 if you can get it. But yes, any *quality* DOT 4 brake fluid will work. If you are not tracking your car then it's really not a big deal at all. The only advantage to the more expensive fluids is the dry/wet boiling points - Both of which you will never come close to on the street.
