anyone know this lp640? purchase advice needed

i am looking to purchase this car. does anyone know anything about it or can make any recommendations on what i should look for?

clutch is at 60%

Lambo there does not do ppi any longer.

quick CarFax search shows "Damage Reported" with first owner, and also "Minor Damage" with second owner. there's probably a REASON WHY a low milage LP640 roadster is priced at $179k! it's been listed for sale for a while too... there HAS to a be a reason why!

thanks for the quick note. i am not as familiar with carfax so not sure the extent of damage or a way to find out, on the first incident. do u think it is priced based on the report and worth what it is listed for in your opinion?
