jhbchess Report post Posted October 6, 2017 If I were in your shoes I would hire an inspector to come out and do a thorough walk *now* and document problems with pictures. Get into the attic and wiring and piping, check framing before they blow insulation in. If they haven't already floated your floors I'd try to be there for that and have the supervisor there. Make sure it's all level. Next thing you'll hear is that the 20mm height difference between tiles in your floor is industry standard and they'll grind it down later.
