  1. Started with Pandora long ago, liked the idea but hated commercials, didn't want to say and not be able to play what I wanted when I wanted. Slacker is actually the "best" as actually DJs are making the lists +additional commentary is interesting. Easier to scroll through single tracks from artists, etc... Spotify's library is by far the biggest though, and this is a music app so Spotify wins IMO.

Most likely. I thought it was very clever, so did most others. Apparently the stewards thought it was too clever...

  4. So 192 of 195 countries are unable to do this if one pulls out. LOL! Sounds like China or Merkel need to step up, considering we are assholes and they don't need us an all... Rather then whining about us leaving they should sieze this opportunity to enhance their vision of a global economy. You should be happy!!!
  5. Ford GT was already linked to Ford, no sense in changing that. Lincoln has never been raced in endurance racing either while Cadillac had been in LMP, DPi, and GT for many years now. The last time they were in the top class they came out with the cien concept. Now that they are back I expect them to try to capitalize on that. The LFA did fine afaik, at a higher price point and Lexus is no racing brand.
  6. While caddy has never made a sports car they did make the cien concept car. GM is trying to move Cadillac even more upstream. The Corvette was the 4th highest selling sports car last year even above the GTI and WRX. It would be suicide to upset the sales success the brand has by eliminating a 60k car. With the return of Cadillac to Endurance racing I think the writing is on the wall. Corvette maintains its place, caddy gets a boost.
  7. It's dejavu all over again...
  8. Congress has what, a 10% approval rating? Yet the same assholes get voted back in every single election. Term limits... Yes please! At least if they are forced off the ballot we can freshen up that shit hole called congress. Rand gets my vote simply because I think he's not part of this elite government possi who find themselves above the commoners. Also he wants term limits. Put an end to this monarchy.
  9. Then he needs to pay off the first property so he actually owns it. All those liquid assets add up to "flat broke" when you factor in the debt. Equity in real estate means nothing if the economy collapses again. He would be lucky to sell no matter how low of a price he went on it. Atleast if he owns it he doesn't have to worry about next months mortgage. And at 90+% leverage on the other place he is dangerously close being being WAY upside down if the economy declines. He needs to sell that place an build up more actual cash before buying. His current situation is not much different from taking a 400k loan to a casino. Maybe it will work out if everything goes peachy but he is upside down otherwise. This is exact same logic and behavior that led to so many losing their ass during 2008 yet now we have a news article about how smart this guy is? And he wants to own 8 more properties in 12 years? I shutter to think the kind of debt he is willing to risk to make that happen. Expect the worst and plan around it, rather than hoping things will stay positive for a 15+ year loan.
  10. I don't understand this article then? He doesn't own those properties the banks do. He only owns the liability and the payment. The values they give are what he "claims" they are worth. His second property is not even 10% payed off.... This guy is one bad day away from bankruptcy. He only has maybe 150k in real actual liquid assets that he could obtain on short notice yet owes over 600k. How did this guy get an article on how to be good with your money? 600k for 2% roi while being in debt past your eyeballs?
  11. Am I reading this right? He is 600k in debt and only making 24k net a year on that debt? Better hoping property values don't plummet again...

  13. What are the chances this slowly spreads and the tin foil hats were right if marshal law is declared around November 2016... We reap what we sow. Most people saw this happening, and now it has. Congrats to the nay sayers about how unlikely or impossible this was. The question now is do we have the balls to properly contain an outbreak or will we tip toe around letting it continue to grow(like HIV).
  14. Yup, I was in sophomore chemistry when the class all watched the second hit live. Very sombering moment... Impossible to forget.
