  1. The most recent update (as of this week) is that the ETA for both of the following for MY2017 Aventadors (including SVs) is mid-March: * Sound Performance Tuning (software-only) * Sports Exhaust System (the software part that accompanies the hardware) Since summer of last year, the factory has been saying "soon, maybe in a month" for the above. It sounds like the software people at VW AG have been overwhelmed with the bigger fish they've had to fry (i.e. Dieselgate). Hopefully, the dust is settling on that a bit and we'll see these upgrades for the 2017+ Aventadors soon.
  2. The software by itself is an after sales product ("Sound Performance Tuning") separately from the exhaust ("Sport Exhaust System"). See page 10 of this Lamborghini accessory brochure: https://www.lamborghini.com/en-en/sites/en-...GHINI_Sport.pdf A flyer for the Sound Performance Tuning software did the rounds a while ago and may even have been posted on this forum. I'm attaching a copy below. As others have said, this software update is currently unavailable (at least in the USA) for model-year 2017 cars. A few months ago, the ETA was October, but apparently it's been delayed further.
  3. My understanding is: It's not available (and wasn't available even to begin with) for the roadster roof liner; only the coupe headliner can be in carbon skin. Even if a coupe happens to be delivered with carbon skin on the instrument cluster top, Lamborghini is requiring that it be removed and replaced with alcantara prior to delivery. As of right now, carbon skin is entirely removed as an option from the roadster. So, the corollary is that the only carbon skin you can currently get is on the coupe headliner. It is quite possible that this changes as production proceeds.
  4. I can second that, at least in the context of U.S. cars. I was told that the "gloss CF roof panels" bit was a miscommunication. The panels with visible carbon are not gloss but matte, as they should be to go with the rest of the exterior carbon. As for carbon skin, there appears to be some hitch, perhaps regarding how it holds up long term. The original communication from Lamborghini had carbon skin package for coupe and roadster as follows: Coupe: instrument cluster cover + headliner Roadster: instrument cluster cover + middle section of rear wall between the seats I suspect that carbon skin on the cluster cover is the issue (can't hold up to the sun exposure?) At least in the U.S., the last I heard, it can't be carbon skin and must be alcantara. I did and do like the look and feel of the carbon skin. In fact, in the Nürburgring video and in some of the press cars in video reviews, I noticed that there was carbon skin on the lower dash. See attached picture. I wanted to ask the factory if they could do this, perhaps through Ad Personam, but then found out that carbon skin might not be happening as originally advertised.
  5. Regarding Arancio Atlas being a cost option for the SV, I was wrong as I glanced at the LP700-4 column instead of the SV column in the price sheet. It's indeed a free color for the SV. Please do post more / better pictures of your car when you can!
  6. Looks like Arancio Atlas - Pearl Effect to me, or at least I hope it is, because that's what I chose for my SV Roadster and this looks *really* awesome. Arancio Atlas is a $4,380 option in the US.
